House-made food with options for everybody (fish, meat, GOOD vegetarian options, food for picky kids). Don’t sleep on the cocktails — they’re creative, well-balanced, and tasty. The pork-belly deviled eggs are a treat. Hand-cut fries. Try the buffalo cauliflower. The kids got chicken fingers that were so good the adults stole a few. The rosemary chicken was a winner — really tender and flavorful. Cozy taverny vibe. We’ll be back, and often. It looks like they have live music and nice outdoor seating for when the weather is a little nicer than it was for us.

It’s a good place to have a meal when at the lake. It’s something different than many typical pub foods around here. Also, have a dog friendly outdoor area and live music at times. Good food, but did not wow us, would’ve been better if they were better seasoned tho, good effort. Service during our visit however, was great.

Moonshadow Restaurant was a blast. Ate lunch there. Crab dip was excellent in a bread bowl. Inquired about music because they have a stage inside. Made reservations to go back later. They had a live band, Rock Creek Revival, a bluegrass band. What a great show and atmosphere! Food was good, setting was perfect, and live music was great!!😎😎

What a great place! I had the crab dip appetizer and the buffalo cauliflower appetizer. Both were fantastic. My main meal was the mahi mahi. Everything was absolutely delicious. I also give an A+ to the staff and our server. The staff was super.

We came late on a Sunday night, and staff was on top of their game! Two of the four of us had multiple and complicated specific food requests that our server took care of expertly. The menu is delicious and a bit eclectic.

The vibe is great and so is the food. It was so good, I didn't take a picture before it was gone. Get an order of fries when you arrive and you'll be happy you did. The adults and kids all enjoyed the food so it was a win! Good beer selection, too.
Didn't see the live music but seems like there was something every night.

If you like really kind staff, tasty drinks, and thoughtfully made food, this is your place. We stayed for a three day weekend and came here twice. I would have gone a third time. There's no other way to say this other than there is a great vibe in this place .. One that everyone will love.

Almost gave it 2 stars due to the quality of the food. My bacon, on the BLT, was severely undercooked, the bun on the chicken sandwich was doughy and the chicken was very bland for being “jerk” seasoned. The meatloaf was tasty - you can see the peas are frozen. The bacon jam and fries were the best things we had.
The venue is a unique; with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. They could use some background music outside though….Lastly, we took a chance on walking-in since they were booked with reservations all weekend.

This is a very cool restaurant, with a creative and diverse menu. We were a party of 9 without a reservation, and they were able to get us a table for an early dinner. I had the Mongolian beef. It was very tasty, but I wished the portion was bigger. All in all, good experience in a ski/vacation town.

We've eaten there twice now and everything is very good. Nice outdoor dining area and very friendly staff. Our waitress Cheyanne was friendly, helpful, and did a great job.
