Good, but Elements has a better pan seared tuna.

Downgrading to "Meh". I love pan seared tuna, but this was very fatty tuna. About a third was strings of fatty tissue I had to cut out. There has to be better pan seared tuna in St Mary's county than this. Robert Plant, when he owned Blue Wind, had great pan seared tuna. You bought the name, and lowered the quality.

We noticed. Please bring back the quality we expect from Blue Wind.

Sunday brunch was delicious and quick! Bottomless mimosas for $10 can't be beat. The bagel with my Sunday sandwich was so fresh and soft I shed a single tear.

One of my favorite spots! Great food, quick service and a good variety of beer/wine plus you can always grab a cup of coffee!

I came here this morning for the unlimited mimosa the first glass they make it with the champagne and orange juice which is more orange juice than champagne. After the first mimosa they rest are premixed absolutely terrible! Not worth the money. Then me and my spouse ordered the steak and eggs and they had no steak sauce only offering Worchester sauce. How do you serve steak with no steak sauce and they steak still needed salt and pepper. We will never come back here over priced and the food was not as good.

The Blue Wind food truck came to our neighborhood last night. I pre-ordered for 6pm pickup. I ended up standing in line for an hour for a couple of sandwiches (crab cake, bbq) that frankly were not very good.

I asked what I assume was the manager why the long delays. She told me they didn't have reliablr internet. (You'd think that would be something you'd check first if you planned to take on-line orders...)

Note: I've previously had prettty good meals when dining in at Blue Wind. They just need to work on their food truck process.

I had an amazing crabcake sandwich, and my husband enjoyed his gluten free wrap. Cozy little place. Huge wine and beer selection - and they even do tastings!

They have great coffee and their sandwiches are awesome. I highly recommend the chicken tortilla soup, very warm and satisfying.

Jordan was sweet and an extremely amazing server. Our food was great too. We felt very comfortable. Glad we walked out of elements and decided on blue wind.

Simply walked in to buy some chocolates. No one was in line, yet it took just under 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, and it was the chef. I let him know I wasn't in a hurry and he scrambled to find someone to help me because everyone had disappeared. When a woman finally did come to help me, she looked annoyed and didn't speak to me until she told me my total. I set my chocolates on the counter and ordered just a plain iced coffee and waited some more. It's a nice little restaurant with a college café feel. The service leaves much to be desired. The chef is the only one worth his salt there, I'm afraid.

So good with great selections, fresh ingredients, creative preparation, and outstanding service. Good wine selection.
