Bill was very nice. My wife loves this place but this is the first time I have ever stopped in to eat and sip coffee. Her breakfast bagel smelled so good I had to order one of my own and I am usually the guy who just drinks a black coffee and calls it a day.

Clatter Cafe is a wonderful place to stop in, grab some delicious food and drink and relax. We stopped in for a late breakfast and were delighted with our meals. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty and very filling. Our kids loved the crepes. Try the parfaits or overnight oats for a meal that's both eye-catching and tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was outdoor seating up from and out back. I really want to come back in the evening for drinks and live music. We'll be back to Clatter the next time we are in town. Give this place a try.

The open faced bagel was great and so was the breakfast sandwich. Lattes were perfect. The staff was beyond friendly and chill and we would definitely be back!

Clatter is the place to go- day or night! John has assembled the most amazing staff, that creates a unique atmosphere that’s welcoming and cozy.
The baristas are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating (especially Koda ❤️). The drinks are fantastic! Love the hot and cold golden milk, purple haze and at night- the Bees Knees!
The food is interesting and well thought out. I love the breakfast sandwiches in the morning and the grilled cheese and tomato soup is as comforting as the place itself.
The music at night is 🔥🔥🔥🔥!
A great variety of genres of music.. and all very talented performers. The small stage area acoustics are perfect, creating a very personal experience with the musicians. The new bar they built has some wonderfully crafted cocktails!!
There are not many coffee shops like this! Do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself! This is one of many reason why a small Appalachian town like Frostburg- is setting the pace!!

Very nice cafe! Clean and bright. Friendly service was excellent from Bill and Parker. Lots of choices. Delicious food and coffee/espresso/lattte. We love Frostburg and this is a can’t miss when in the area. Thanks for making it memorable! Bill & Will from Baltimore. 💯

Clatter Cafe is amazing little coffee shop that offers brunch style items. This small coffee shop gives big city vibes. The food (outside the crepes) and coffee were astonishing. Amazingly decorated establishment with an open mic nights for all.
If you're in this area; make sure you do yourself a favor and drop by this beautiful coffee shop.

I went a few times last week after not having been in a couple years now. Still as great as it’s ever been.
Delicious food (made me realize that I need to start putting caramelized onions on everything), great coffee, awesome staff, and calm ambience. I will come back as often as I can!

The breakfast bagel was quite nice. Perfectly made with fresh spinach too. I also got avocado toast which looked just like the photo online. Bring your friends. Come one come all. Enjoy. You’ll thank me later!

Gem of a coffee shop with Food! Just off the Main Street near Gunter Hotel! Plenty of space for small Group meetings 3-5 ppl. Friendly dudes working made a great espresso! Other refreshing non coffee non caffeine drinks there too!

Great little independently owned coffee shop/ cafe that also has dining AND an amazing music venue.
Music series happening regularly with Jazz on the Second Saturday of every month AND adult beverages/bar with excellent service.
If you're in Frostburg, this stop MUST be on your list.
Enjoy
