Amazing staff who have a passion for the business and customers. They were happy to walk us through the menu options and offered to personally customize anything we wanted. Such a welcoming and peaceful place to walk into! Love the gluten free and dairy free options and the quality and care put into this place, absolutely incredible and beautiful place!!!

Went there finally to try it and was greeted with an unprofessional atmosphere and disorganized staff. Would have completely been able to overlook this as the coffee is actually really good and above the standard for small cafes in the area and I like supporting small businesses, but today when I called for a pickup I was again greeted with the unprofessional staff. I was addressed as Ma'am, which I am completely fine with, my voice sounds very feminine on the phone and is not their fault. However when asked for my name and they heard a male one, they scoffed, and said "oh, SIR"

Won't be coming back for sure. The customer service is awful. 2 stars because the coffee was really good 👍

Would give a 5 star if you guys bring back the cinnamon white chocolate muffins please!!!!! I’m blueberried out.

Stopped in in the afternoon. Maybe that's why there wasn't any inventory. Sounded like a great place to get homemade pasteries from FB posts, but I was having 5 guests and they only had a few items.

Made my morning! After seeing their social media post, I went in to grab an iced PSL and a Pumpkin muffin with cream cheese. I even grabbed a breakfast sandwich too on a pretzel bun. WOW. Everything was so good and the muffin was literally right out of the oven. The girls here are so friendly and sweet. Will always come back!

I absolutely love finding coffee shops and little hole in the wall cafes. I recently was visiting elkton and happened to see this little coffee shop off the high way (perfect spot I must say). The interior design is so cute and the coffee is great! Definitely will come back. There is even little seating inside (socially distant) so you can sip your coffee and sit and work!

The Chesapeake Latte is so good. I have spent countless hours trying to recreate it in an attempt to save money by making my coffee at home. Nothing compares. My husband, who is from Ireland, says “It’s the best coffee I’ve had in America”. Now, he’s really never been out of the tristate area, but it really is very good!

My only suggestion would be to maybe hold off on some of the cream cheese. I’m pretty sure they use a full tub per bagel.

Finally went to Haiden's today after seeing all of their tempting posts on Facebook and it did not disappoint! The Cupid Coldfoam was delicious and is the best cold foam I have had from any of the local coffee shops! Highly recommend the bagel bites too! Much better than Dunkin's version! 10/10 would and will go again.

Great iced coffee and probably the best bagels in all of Cecil County! If I had all the money in the world I would eat nothing but bagels from Haden's

I got haiden's special. Which is absolutely delicious but not good for you. Their coffee is perfect. Absolutely in love with this place. They make their own Bagels fresh as well as the pastries. I highly recommend
