Delicious food, great swag, nice staff.

Great place for clean and delicious food. Stop in for lunch or dinner. Great place to shop for Mother's Day and birthdays, welcome baskets, weekend dinners baskets, new mom baskets and food for the beach week or weekend.

Real Food, excellent flavors and use of spices- best hummus selection ever! Best stocked healthy grab and go that i've ever seen. I can run in and be out in 5 minutes with food that is not only incredible tasting but will FEED my body. When i don't have my act together with a packed lunch for work this is my go to spot for consistent healthy quality.
(my only negative comment is that i can't eat their incredible fresh baked goods because i'm GF...but holy cow they look and smell incredible!!!

Prices are high but the squash burger and carrots were amazing!😍 They had many things to buy so I overspent lol they have great cold brew coffee choices!

We love Eat Sprout! They are wonderful business partners who help us provide healthy food and nutritious cooking education for our guests. Our staff are frequent Sprout customers. It is great, healthy food, made and sold with love by the nicest people in the world!

I had the best experience today at the St Michaels MD Sprouts. A girl named Liz waited on me & she was absolutely fantastic. I was there to learn about & try their kombucha. After sampling their flavors I just had to buy a growler! I was very impressed by the lovely atmosphere, cleanliness & attention to customer service. I will be back again soon to try some of the delicious foods i saw on the menu. Customer for life right here! 👍👍❤️

This is a great cafe with takeaway for all meals. The rotation of fresh bread is wonderful. It is a real gem for the community as Sprout offers really great vegetarian and vegan options which is lacking in this part of Maryland.

We just moved to Easton, MD and my wife heard about Eat Sprout and I checked it out and was really impressed with both the quality of the food and the fantastic customer service. We bought several items... all were fantastic... and we will definitely be back for more. So happy a healthy, great place like Eat Sprout is available here in our little town.
