Delicious coffee and drinks, homemade treats, awesome sandwiches and a unique atmosphere. Incorporates other local businesses in their products and merchandise. The owners are so friendly and really take the time to get to know you. Hands down, it's the best coffee shop around!

This is a wonderful establishment in the Festival of Bel Air. I usually go there on business appointments. It is super fun to be able to pick a custom loose leaf tea blend and also take some back to the office to enjoy later. Currently I have an assam blend on my desk which will probably last another week. A++++

Came by for the first time today with my 2 kids to check out this place, very cute shop. I ordered 2 hot chocolates for my kids and a Macha Latte & scone for me. Your scones are delicious, I tried some at the Farmers Market as well. I was checking out all of the cute gifts items they have in the store. Unfortunately my 5 year old spilled her hot chocolate, shortly after it was cleaned up one of the girls offered to make us another one. Nice gesture, so I said sure - as I was paying for my 1 gift item that I found, the cashier alert me that I will have to pay for my child's hot chocolate. So of course I did, but I thought this was poorly handled. Obviously, my 5 year old spilled her entire hot chocolate, and if you were going to make me pay for her 2nd hot chocolate - then why offer it ? I don't want anything, it just bothered me of how that was handled.

Delicious food, lots of coffee options, everything is fresh, staff is friendly, can't say enough good things! And I love that they serve and sell Swiss Water Decaf. A hidden gem in Harford County!

Always love this place. Betsy and her crew make great coffee drinks. There is a " coffee club" thru which you can earn a free coffee! Comfortable atmosphere, wonderful gifts. You have got to stop in. ☕

Love the new location and offerings however I have one complaint. Every time I ask for a coffee to enjoy they ask , “here or to go”. I say here, and always get a to go cup. I have to ask for a coffee cup or mug and almost never get art in foam. Details are important to shine amongst the competition. A field trip to Peet’s coffee in Hunt Valley could be beneficial.

A delightful find! Besides the great flavor selections for your coffee, there are so many yummy pastries and sweet treats that tempt you at the counter. Turn around, and the walls are lined with eye candy... You'll want to stay!

Can't rave enough. Great place, product, and people!! Not just a one time experience. Every single time I go the experience is equally good . These people really care about the products they offer and the service they deliver. It's an incredible customer experience every time. Thank you Betsy and crew for ALL that you do.

I want to start by saying I love Coffee Coffee. The coffee, teas, and food are all outstanding and the prices are fair. The reason I am writing this review is because I arrived at the store at 6:08 pm to find the door locked. The posted hours online and on the door state that weekdays the store is open till 6:30. Inside, employees were cleaning up and when seeing me, motioned they were closed. I am not sure if this was a one time thing or if the hours have changed and have not been updated. I love supporting local businesses but it is frustrating that the store would close over 20 minutes before it’s posted closing time.
