Rise Up

There are a few places that have my respect in terms of quality, service and overall satisfaction, and Rise Up Coffee nails it easily! The online order service is phenomenal; the store is clean and simple; the staff is extremely friendly; payment options are super simple; the coffee is SPECTACULAR!!!

This coffee pales in comparison from Starbucks and City Dock! It doesn't have the burnt taste to it, it isn't harsh to the stomach. Even the flavor iced coffee selection has even converted a few Starbucks snobs to Rise Up Patrons!

The food is delicious, and made fresh...not that microwave BS reheated stuff you get at other coffee chains. I also appreciate the trade organic quality of the food and coffee.

Overall I would highly recommend Rise Up as your go-to for your morning caffeine fix. Don't change a thing, the formula is perfect!

Don't think I'll be back. Have had multiple bad experiences in a row but still try to give them another chance. Used to order mocha latte with them being more coffee forward than mocha, which is what is preferred. As of recent, they've been overwhelming with mocha sweetness, so I went to another item. Tried the cold brew with mocha. Still the same problem. You'd think when someone orders a mocha cold brew, no milk, no sugar it would more coffee forward, again same problem. Quality doesn't compare to the Ocean City location.

Love this place! Their coffee, their burritos, their staff - the absolute best. The Arnold location is awesome and they’re so friendly and welcoming here. I’ve come in religiously since this location opened up this summer and the staff, especially Liz, goes above and beyond to not only remember my name but my usual orders - even the rainbow sprinkle donut that my daughter absolutely loves! Those little things go a long way especially first thing in the morning. Thank you guys for everything!

You can always order ahead on site, or come and get something. I really like to buy there frozen Chai tea or cold Chai tea.

Fast service. Always great coffee/beverages. The egg sandwich was fantastic.

Friendly and excellent service! My orders are always accurate and completed quickly. The coffee flavor is delicious. My favorite is the iced French vanilla latte with an extra shot.

One of my favorite coffee places in Maryland! Rise Up has also other locations in Easton and Salisbury that were also exceptional. Staff are always friendly and fresh food! My favorites would have to be the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte, the Biscuit sandwich, and Acai bowl!

New coffee place in Arnold taking the place of the closed City Dock. Friendly staff. Newly remodeled, so nice and clean. I didn't realize at first, but they have a good menu. My fried egg on biscuit was satisfying.

Update: great tasting lattes. They also have good acai bowls. Place seems to run quickly and efficiently. My only disappointment so far was the chai latte.

I've been going to the Bay Hills location since they've opened. Long time love story!

Ordering online was super easy. We walked in and our food and drinks were ready to go. Love the breakfast wraps!
