Saint George River Cafe and Meeting House

Stopped in looking for help finding access to the river, wound up being helped by staff and a couple at a nearby table. Grabbed a coffee on the way out and will be back to eat. Very friendly staff, my brief exposure to the atmosphere was pleasant and the menu looks promising. Nice to have a small, intimate setting available close to home. Will update when we’ve eaten.

What's not to love! Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere right on the river. You can enjoy inside or outside dining. Great sandwiches and salads as well as baked goods and ice cream. This is my go to lunch spot- almost daily. It's that good. Everything is cooked to order so it may take a little extra time, but that's what I love about it. It's a beautiful and relaxing place to be and the wait is well worth it. Europeanesque dining in little old warren! Anne and Faye (the proprietors) have really outdone themselves. I love this place to bits!

This cafe is fantastic. The food is gourmet, the staff friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing yet energizing. I loved getting my own tea press! They have some gluten free stuff which is nice. The only thing I’m not crazy about are the wobbly tables that rock and sometimes less than comfy chairs that are all mismatched... but that is not a big deal. This is saved on my phone under favorites! I always recommend this place. Also- I can’t believe someone would complain and give only 1 star for messing up a vegan order! Puh-lease! It only takes 2 seconds to say- hey that means no cheese or dairy ok? Just to make sure... let’s educate people instead of causing discord!

I had one of the scrambles, it had plenty of crisp vegetables that were not overcooked and just enough cheese. They have counter service where you go up to order and the server brings your food over. She still checked on our table twice even though it's counter service and she wasn't a waitress, and she had 4 other tables and was the only one working. We didn't have to wait long to get our order. The time passed quickly as there is so much to look at and do! There is a puzzle on a corner table to work on or if you want to stay at your own table there are games for everyone to play. I'm ready to go back and try the lunch or have my husband take me when there is live entertainment!

What a great cafe in a beautiful historic building right on the river! You can sit on the porch and enjoy views of the river, or inside on your choice of an eclectic array of tables and chairs. They have a wonderful selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I had the pesto linguini chicken special served with a simple lettuce salad, and my husband had the Reuben sandwich served with a tasty pasta salad. Everything was fresh and we'll prepared. We had a delightful time, and plan to return frequently!

I went there to hear Kella play her magical, enchanting guitar and hear her silky smooth vocals. Was not disappointed. Wish they had vegan entrées.

Ann is the sweetest person who knows exactly how to take care of her customers!! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is down to earth with live music and trivia! She’s not afraid to offer different things in her menu! Please come and support her!!

Absolutely wonderful spot. We went to check out the Lie Nielson tool manufacturing facility, then stopped in for a bite and a few beers. You can tell these guys take pride in their place. We will go back ! I need to bring them back their blueberry pie plate. We got a pie to go and it was awesome !!!
