Rock City Café

Just had coffee here, but it was delicious. Got a similar item to what you might find at Starbucks, and Rock City made it WAY better. Great variety of coffees, flavors, milks and other add-ons, will be back for sure!

Outstanding selection of coffee beans, espresso-based beverages, and alcoholic beverages. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but their pastry case had me in a trance. I got the Cardamom Sour Cream Coffee Cake with Maple Syrup Frosting and an iced coffee. Both some of the best I'd ever had. Atmosphere was great but we did have a large party of people. They allowed us to move tables to sit as a group. Highly recommended spot to spend time reading, working, or just to eat.

One of my favorite hangout places. The food is good and fast and the coffee is roasted in house. Rock city has a great vibe and is awesome for working, meeting up with friends, or catching a live music act.

They are so friendly! And always having awesome community events, from poetry readings to local acoustic acts. Not to mention the incredible locally roasted coffees and talented baristas. Hands down the best coffee house on the midcoast!

Excellent coffee, good pastries, interesting sandwiches (which we didn’t try). BUT be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes for any espresso drink if you just walk in.

Their coffee is amazing!
Their food, everything from sandwiches, desserts and juices, to their alcoholic drinks and teas is delicious! I always go home with something to stock the fridge or dessert cabinet with. It's hard not too.
The environment is unique and hard to compare to anywhere else. It's hip, it's mellow, fun and anything you want it to be. Also, located on Main Street in Rockland.
I also saw live music here which was excellent and you cannot miss the annual blues festival in Rockland! So awesome!

Great environment and good coffee. I love meeting up with clients in here for a coffee and breakfast. Their bacon/egg/cheese breakfast wrap is a delicious morning pleasure.
