Simply fantastic dining. Everything we had was delicious. They had some nice extra touches like a salmon amuse bouche. Service was ok. The kiwi waiter new nothing of the wines from New Zealand.
Only complaint was charging $2.50 pp for bread. Is that really necessary when entrees are $40?

Excellent dining experience! The wait staff were welcoming, courteous, and professional. The food was absolutely wonderful. I had one of the specials for the evening and it was delicious! Chef did an amazing job, and our party all enjoyed the surprise of a sample of warm freshly pressed apple cider. Thank you!

I applaude the ethics behind the restaurant. Unfortunately service wasn’t good enough and some of the dishes were questionable for an Italian restaurant.
For the price we paid, I expected a fantastic and genuinely Italian experience.

Food was excellent. My friend was visiting from out of town, and I am a local. My 1st time here for dinner.
What a treat! We had all specials; mussels, tuna and pasta.
Only downside was a 20 minute wait when we had a reservation, and checked in well ahead of time, and no valid explanation of why that was happening from staff.
Will go again though; just not on oyster Sunday.

First time here at Primo. The food was solid, but not as great as expected. Our server Ben was super nice. But most of the other staff seemed to look down on us just for being younger/different than the normal crowd. Especially the hostess's up front.

What can one say? From the minute we arrived it was professionalism all the way through the dining experience. We try and go twice a year. We did hit a snag with the automated reservation system but it was quickly remedied by the host and hostess. It is always a pleasure to dine at Primo! Keep up the great work!

Disappointed with the food after reading great reviews. And watching Gordon Ramsey special on Rockland Maine. Irish moss Truffle of the sea
harvested from the sea was not on the menu or on any of the dishes
Very hard to get a reservation. Menu online was different from the menu the night we dined. Octopus was not fresh. Salad descriptions were much better the the actual salad. Waited a long time between appetizers and main course.
Fresh caught tuna saved the night from being disaster. Service was excellent.
