Absolutely spectacular. Lox sandwich was just beautiful. Bagel is crispy and chewy. They did a really nice job with the Portland location as well. Spacious but feels like a cozy kitchen.

Delicious, chewy bagel sandwiches. Had the whitefish and the classic breakfast sandwich. Both great, but definitely preferred the whitefish. Good coffee too!

The most delicious breakfast sandwich!!! Super safe in their covid procedures. The special wildflower latte was heavenly. Next time I’m in Portland, I’ll be coming back!

The wood fried bagels are top shelf. Crisp on the outside and just the right amount of soft she’s on the inside. Cannot get anything like anywhere!
Nice people and have good lox with good sides. Coffee is good too!!

I feel like I need to leave a 1 star rating for this place due to something that happened to me, not necessarily due to their bagels. Upon beginning to bite into my sandwich I saw something moving. There was an inchworm in my sandwich. I immediately let them know about the inchworm and they seemed to not be surprised/seemed to think it was a big deal. The manager told me that it happens from time to time and to not worry because the inchworm was organic. I was really disappointed on how they handled the situation more so than the inchworm in my sandwich. Instead of refunding me for the sandwich (which you would think that was the least they could do) they instead gave me a gift card for future use that was monetarily less than what I paid for the inchworm sandwich. I’m just not sure what to make of the situation and that they don’t have a good attention to detail as well as having a management team that 1. cares and 2. holds their employees accountable. I do hope that the owner of the restaurant sees this and takes action on this situation as this is clearly not a way to run an establishment.

Super enjoyable place to go for a delicious bagel! The atmosphere is fun, funky and inviting for sure. Only "downside" are the prices ($9 for a breakfast sandwich) and effeciency. The staff is very friendly, but it's a bit confusing as to where you are supposed to stand and wait once you've ordered.

These are the best bagels in town and they need to be treated as such...I feel like my friends talk about other places and this Forage is far too often overlooked. Well don’t overlook it! Get the jalapeño cream cheese. Also they recently got decaf iced coffee, which this anxiety fueled decaf drinker greatly appreciates.

Great bagels and good options for bagel sandwiches. My heart is always set on the BLT. Crispy bacon, tender greens and an herbed aioli make this a wonderful breakfast. I like that the iced tea comes in Mason jars if you choose to stay.
Be prepared to wait for your food. The weekends will be especially busy. They only have a finite amount of bagels so you may not get what you want. They have been known to close early when they run out of bagels but I think that was only when they first opened and weren't sure that Portland would love them.
Based on how packed it is most weekends, I think we definitely love them.

Cool, roomy space and good, fresh food. Worth a visit for breakfast or lunch!

Epic breakfast sammies, lox, and pastries, highly highly recommend!
