Food was ok, kind of pricey but the quality was good
Service was good, but I didn't like waiting forever. The people are great... I blame the system that's setup and the texting business which didn't work so great. Turned out my order was prepared in a timely manner, but I was too far away to hear my name being called. Most likely my mobile service wasn't great. Atmosphere is nice in a commercial friendly kind of way.
It's just ok overall

Horrendously rude customer service. After checking the website, I headed over to Forage Market to check it out. Upon arriving, it appeared closed even though the website stated they opened at 7 am. I called the number and was told they weren’t officially open yet. I informed them that their delivery was there (driver had come over thinking I worked there). Employee informed me he was in Lewiston and didn’t know what to do about it and hung up. Wonderful entrance to Portland! I shared the conversation wii the driver, who chuckled and mumbled about kids these days as he walked back in the rain to his 18 wheeler. While I fully appreciate that they’re not open for business, be responsible and update your website. Add your details to your google maps profile. Train your employees to listen and respond with solutions.
Updated review: visited this morning and they are clearly overwhelmed, understaffed and undertrained. I’m sure it will get better once they get it together. Bagels are fine. Toppings meager.
Updated review 4/2019: I keep giving them a chance. I want to love all the new businesses opening in Portland. But they are still an absolute disaster. Disorganized, dirty. Lots of lines and lots of employees not looking wholly busy. Ordered bags with veggie cream cheese. It’s red pepper cream cheese. I get that they want to be precious and so unique, but call it what it is - perhaps rotating veggie and name what veggie is in it. Or red pepper cream cheese.
Updated review 8/3/2019: horrendously understaffed. Coffee station out of everything - including coffee - and covered in cream, sugar and coffee. Really disgusting. Staff unresponsive when informed of this.

Takeout only. Which I don’t really have a problem with. The food tastes amazing, just like the Lewiston location. But it really lacks some uniqueness and antique feeling that the Lewiston store front offers.

Friendly staffs, delicious fresh bagels 🥯, various cheese options and decent drink menue! A great place to have breakfast and hang out!

Great bagel (not quite NY level, but what is?), AMAZING jalapeno cream cheese. Fast service.

Awesome breakfast sandwiches!! Love the Vegan Breakfast Sandwich. Good coffee also. Go in the front door to order then you will receive a text to pick up your order in the back. Friendly staff, outside seating only, limited parking. Restroom available.

Before I die, I would request that someone feed me one last vegan breakfast sandwich from Forage before I go. Fake bacon so good and flavorful i briefly panicked.

Coffee was sour and pretty much undrinkable. Wi-Fi was too slow to use for ordinary work tasks. Food was great.

Got the vegan breakfast sandwich on a sesame bagel after reading some reviews here. It was absolutely delicious- so much so that I'm only eating half so I can make two meals out of it and enjoy it again. Not sure how the vegan 'egg' is made but the flavor is great. The bagel also is really good; almost a sourdough bread taste to it and the perfect toast. Also got a chai latte which was great.
