Nachos. Local drafts. Good nightly specials. Best of all: really diverse range of musicians pass through here. Any night, Wednesdays are my favorite, you'll hear someone excellent.

Ridiculously good live music nights--folk, celtic, jazz. Place was packed out last time I was there with people from 21 to 65. Affordable drinks and good mixing spot, but come for the music.

The cosiest venue in Portland. Cool drinks, nice bites, and an awesome staff make this a great choice for date night. Also a very intimate space to see some of your favorite artists.

A pretentious, hipster overload. If you want to sip kale juice and eat crushed apple stems marinated in fish urine while staying quieter than a mouse fart, then this place is for you. Prepared to be shushed a lot if you chew loudly. You are forced to buy food or drink if you watch musicians. The food sucks, so it's a lose lose.

Came here for comedy night on Monday. Service and food/drink were all good. The comedians were just 'okay' but stand-up is hard to do!

This is in a nice location and the staff are friendly enough. The cocktail list is fine - nothing proprietary or to write home about but this is a fine kind of neighborhood dive.

Cool atmosphere, friendly staff. Great performances. Drinks are expensive and there's no parking.
