Absolutely beautiful spot, the bar is long with enough room for many! Very cute decor and vibe. The choices are definitely delicious, and the menu keeps getting bigger and better! I will definitely be back to try the coming soon item!

Spicey Fruit smoothie was delicious. The ladies were very nice and friendly and will explain the benefits of the ingredients. I'd definitely recommend.

This is my new favorite place to go! I've replaced my coffee runs with smoothie runs because of these guys. Also, their toasts are AMAZING!!

The only nutrition shop you should go to in the Bangor /Brewer/Holden/Hermon area. BEST homemade muffins of all time, delicious and flavorful teas, smoothies, and yummy toasts ! The owner Taylor is a girl boss😎 !! And all of the girls that work there are sweet, kind, and helpful!

I really liked this place and would have given it 5 starts, however, the menu needs to be more accurate regarding food allergies. My mother has a fairly severe nut and seed allergy that will cause her to pass out if she has ingested any nuts or seeds. She had decided to get the Mainely Berry smoothie on the menu that she thought didn’t have any nuts or seeds, but little did she know there was nut milk in her smoothie that wasn’t stated. We luckily ended up noticing the almond milk being poured into the blender and we stopped the process from going any further. We’re glad nothing had happened but this could have been a bad situation for my mother or another person. Just something to think about for next time the menus are updated.

I love this place enough to almost drive 2 hours to get back to it! Great healthy smoothies that don't taste like your being healthy. Very willing to work around diet restrictions and find alternatives.

It was me and my hubbys first time being here, let me just tell you.. SO WORTH IT!!! the girl who took our drinks down was so incredibly sweet! great conversation starter’, it made us feel so welcome! The food and drinks are FANTASTIC! so worth the price! she even had a dog there and she was so sweet and loved belly rubs! so 11/10!! will be coming here again! ❤️
