Best coffee shop in the area. Cute little shop and delicious home made syrup. Super friendly guy that knows what he’s doing with coffee. I’ve spent days looking for good coffee while visiting. Will def be back when I’m in the area. :)

I am typically not a fan of local coffee shops that brew their own roasts because it is easy to roast terrible coffee.

Bucklyn Coffee nailed it. We stopped every time we drove through from Brooklin to Acadia.

This is my favorite espresso: rich - creamy is almost a better word - with a gently toasted, dark chocolate taste. I was here two years ago and have dreamed about this place since then. Seriously. It's the best espresso I've ever had.

And part of it really is about the place. It's like a cross between a roadside coffee stand back in Washington State and a general store. There's not really places to sit, set up your laptop and be productive but it's a good place to linger a bit and be just social enough for New England.

In some coffee shops, they want to get everything done efficiently - and I appreciate it - but these folks at Bucklyn? These folks are craftspersons. They take the time to do it right and, if there's a wait, don't fret. It's so worth it.

(Update: I hadn't been here for three years because of the damn pandemic. Still the best espresso, ever. The line is long but for a pilgrimage it should be.)

The best coffee I’ve ever had! Made with so much care and love that you can taste it. If you’re in this area I highly recommend stopping here. I’m looking forward to coming back!

Got the dark roast Sumatra and it's delicious! Full body with a ton of flavor and way less harsh than other dark roasts I've had. The owner was very helpful and offered a ton of knowledge and insight while I was deciding what beans I wanted! I can't wait to go back for more beans and some of the coffee they have on-site.

Fantastic. And I don't say that lightly! I'm obsessed with lattes and I am rarely satisfied. The latte here was really really good. And the service was excellent! Wish I lived here so this could be my regular place. Thank you!!!
