We tried Alligator Bites and Shrimp Po Boy. Both were meh !! Alligator Bites were more of bits, less meat more batter .. have had much better alligator in New Orleans. Shrimp was not so well seasoned. Po Boy bread was dry and hard (did not seem fresh). Came with lots of expectations for Southern Louisiana food but was disappointed.

Best po boys in town, New Orleans style French bread. If you're looking for great food good atmosphere eat here. Good music ,live band. Just all around a great family place that will keep you returning again an again

Great food, great prices, great service! When I come back to St Francisville I will definitely eat here again.

Food is great! And large portions. Would definately recommend! Just if you get a carry out plate check your bags. And the chocolate chip pecan cookies are awesome!!!!!

Great food. Interesting place with the patio, indoor dining, and oen area with the cottages. Staff very friendly and great. Food was amazing. Only regret is too full for dessert.

Gator balls of fire! We're visiting from SoCal and all the hubby talked about was wanting to eat some alligator. These breaded, fried nuggets were tender and seasoned with just the right amount of heat.

We didn't really need it, but I'm so glad I ordered a bowl of the Soup of the Day: Shrimp & Corn (red-based)...nice, deep flavor!

Next was the Muffaletto. I was never a big fan of olives, but I've recently begun acquiring a taste for them. I finally see why this sandwich is so famous. Half of a half is still a good sized portion.

I was intrigued by the Spicy Shrimp Po' Boy since it used grilled vs. fried shrimp, but this dish was just good and not great after all the aforementioned standouts.

We went for lunch with the folks, but if we're ever around on a weekend night, I'd love to come for the live music out on the patio.

We loved the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Everything we ordered was delicious! The hardest part was making a decision. We missed the band by one night, so check ahead to see when the live music is going.

They make the absolutely best sensation salad always add grilled chicken..
