Rhino Coffee Downtown

Beautiful building, lovely artwork on the walls, trumpet flower light chandeliers, magnificent wide open entrance and superior bathroom cleanliness. The coffee was superb, service was efficient, friendly, & precise. Prices were somewhat steeper than I would've cared for. But it had a completely see through outside wall of glass 4a view of the streets surrounding it of down town Shreveport that was just too cool. The barstools we sat in at the bar were THE MOST PLUSH and comfortable barstool styled chair I've ever sunken into in my entire life. It was more comfortable than sinking into a recliner!good place for studying, relaxing, or a girl's day lunch!

A coffee shop, so simple yet elegant. Food and drink options to satisfy everyone's preferences. Be sure to include this stop in your visit to Shreveport. One of my all time favourite. If you can handle a little spice, try the jalepeño biscuit. So delicious!!

It's great to see local places that people love thrive, and Rhino coffee is no exception. Great place for coffee and spirits now, be it with friends or a business meeting. I like the minimalist approach to the decor. Such an amazing location, 1F of the up and coming Lofts, in the historic and budding downtown Shreveport.

Had the quiche, with fresh brewed coffee drink and husband had the cinnamon toast. Also got some cold brew coffee and cookies. So good. Highly recommend!

Since returning 3 years ago, it's been hard to find a place that has a warm atmosphere and quality coffee. The downtown location of Rhino has never disappointed me. (This is coming from an 11 year barista who tends to be really picky about her espresso) The drink quality and food quality are amazing and I love that it's a pretty open space.

This place was interesting. My biscuit was tasty and the coffee was fine.

I just love Rhino! This is my third visit at the downtown location. I really wanted coffee and good food, Rhino came through! I had a large coffee, bagel and salmon! Perfectly delicious! I also witnessed a woman and her brother feed a woman that approached them. Overhearing the conversation, they were here to eat before church. It was just the kindness that was so nice to see.

Great coffee with some pastry and breakfast options. Not great for gluten free diners, though. If you stop by, pop out into the lobby of the building it's in and take a gander at the light fixtures made of sousaphones and bass clarinets!

Takes 45 minutes to toast a bagel apparently… rude service. Barista said she “wouldn’t stop for alcohol” even though alcohol is on the menu and it’s your job to make drinks… very poor first impression!
