Rhino Coffee Downtown

Great space, and very helpful/cheerful staff. They made me a special "iced lighting" with almond milk instead of dairy and soy. Will be frequenting this spot.

The worst counter staff of all the coffee shops I have ever visited. Disinterested in customer satisfaction and engagement. Acknowledged error with my food order but refused to make it good by either replacement or refund. Asked to speak to manager. Staff went to get the manager but I was told he was not Interested in talking to me. A very bad protocol for any business depending in customer satisfaction.Avoud this place at all cost.

Great atmosphere, fantastic customer service, they have the best chicken flat bread with fresh avocado added on top, can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this cafe

Cutest local coffee shop, great espresso and good. Really clean and fun place to grab a cup to work or see some friends.

Cool urban environment with huge windows which allow for tons of natural light and a great view of Texas Street.

Want good service and abreasonably priced hearty meal? Rhino Coffee Downtown is your spot. Manager Anthony took care of me personally, and seemed to try to readily accommodate my needs and requests. Food portions were more than filling, and definitely worth the price. No scarcity of condiments was evident. Rhino Coffe Downtown got it right!
UPDATE: What a difference a day makes! Because of the pleasant experience I had here on yesterday, I returned this morning anticipating another such experience. Unfortunately, I was net immediately with yelling and discriminate treatment by a young lady wo identified herself as Lacy. She repeatedly yelled and spoke in a condescending tone with discriminate undertone toward me....until she got an inkling of who I am that is, and of how how well manager Anthony had personally attended to me the day prior. This is unfortunate because this unprofessional worker cost this establishment a would-be loyal customer. Her actions were absolutely unacceptable, and I recommend her probation and hopefully termination.

Excellent coffee, delicious breakfast, and a good atmosphere. I'm sure to stop here any time I'm in town. Both locations are great, but the patio and view of the downtown spot are particularly enjoyable. Don't pass up a chance to get a breakfast biscuit with espresso here!

From out if town came here got a drink and food. food was awesome. Drink was bitter and disgusting I asked if they can rectify. Guy says he will just add syrup. Um no. I ask if they can refund he goes nope. I leave the gross drink on the counter won't ever be back no customer service skills whatsoever. I spoke to a tall fat guy with glasses.

First time visiting this location, I think the service is better here than the uptown spot. Good and drinks were wonderful as well as the staff.

First time visit...loved loved the Rhino burrito. The salsa was AMAZING!! My mother makes homemade salsa year round and it was very similar. Delicious!!! My husband got the cinnamon toast and is was delicious as well. Good coffee too!! We will be back on our next visit to Shreveport!!
