Excellent, excellent, excellent! Rhino Downtown has never been better! I was warmly greeted by Dylan who took my order and ensured the rest of my day was fantastic. Maya expertly crafted a wonderful oat milk latte that I will be dreaming about. Christina in the back prepared one of the best salads I've had at both locations, AND she was SO fast getting out to me. The Downtown Rhino team is truly at its peak. Keep it up!

First, close at 6pm, no where in thr world, second, service was not friendly, finally I was not allowed to take the rest of my drink with me?

Nice place. Nice people. Good drinks. Good location. Free wi-fi (and they don't play games).
*I asked the cashier for something sweet and highly caffeinated. This thing is disgusting. Hard to drink. And, an hour later, I am yawning 😴 🙄

This was an oasis in a pretty bare town. They had a great selection of breakfast options in a fun and casual place. They had the wall street journal, which was a nice touch. Breakfast foods were great. Family was all happy.

Good coffee and a convenient location for a quick cup on the go! Would come back, not busy and good customer service!

I'm the type of guy that loves trying new places to eat, and rarely do you find such a place that is as peaceful, laid back and yet the center of commerce.
Edit: I'd ont usually leave reviews except when a place deserves the positive recognition. With that said, I come by this place on the way to work pretty often, even though it's a little out of the way. The service is always good. I dont expect bubbly betty when dealing with food industry. I used to work in it and know the challenges. I usually dont say anything with slight mistakes or what not gor the same reason. No biggie, I'm usually in a rush and don't have time to turn around. However, the past fiew, probably ten times I have been here, the top half of my bagel(sub wheat bagel for rhino biscuit) is like a hockey puck. Today drew my final straw, not only was the top half like a rock, neither of my sandwiches had eggs. Gotta do better.

Trash. The coffee and food here were subpar but the customer service is terrible. This is my third and last visit to this venue. They give you order numbers but refuse to bring drinks to your table. Ask any staff be a question and are everything but friendly. It's not cozy, it's far from anything remotely modern or luxurious but they act as though you should be honored to sit in their establishments. I've been in bathroom stalls just as big and five times as nice. Microwave flatbread was eatable so they get a second star.

Good local shop with good coffee that happens to be even more expensive than Starbucks. However, the ethics and offerings are superior. The food is stellar as well. You're paying for quality.

I truly hate to be critical of a local business because both of their locations are very nice spots. However, service is always terribly slow…baristas take about two to three minutes to make a single drink. Brewed coffee alway has a bitter/sour taste. Food is always good though.

I love the environment, especially the sofa seating. The macaroons are awesome. I've never had a bad drink. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you might want to add sugar to a few of the specialty drinks. They also have baked goods and light lunches. It's a great casual spot to sit downtown. I like that they have closed in outdoor seating for good weather. Many people like to study, write, and meet here. You'll have to use street parking.
