Quality of the product provided depends on staffing. There's one particular girl there who knows how to make everything exceptionally well, everyone else make drinks ok on average, or way too sweet. Service is typical, a little bit slower during mornings mornings because of the crowd. Much, much better than Starbucks.

CCs Coffee never fails!! Their feta and spinach croissant is so good! Love their cold brew and I appreciate their dairy alternatives!! They were busy when I went, but the two ladies working were friendly as can be and handled everything so well!

I never know when they are open or closed anymore. There is clearly a new staff inside as opposed to the early morning baristas who knew my name and how to make my drinks properly. I know the world is short staffed right now and it's so hard to find anyone willing to work. I've been a regular, every morning customer for a year. I'm trying to be patient before I find a new morning coffee stop but It is looking more like I probably should every day

We love CC's! They have the best cold brew we've ever tasted. My husband actually buys it by the gallon. Their Cafe au Lait is good, and their espresso has a good flavor. The thing holding me back from giving five stars is the loud noise that comes from behind the counter, making it impossible to have conversation inside. We sit outside, which is just lovely, we come every Sunday. TO IMPROVE: 1) I would love a hook or shelf in the women's bathroom, it's icky to put your stuff on the floor, and the sink can cause problems, and 2) the tea is weak, both hot and cold, no flavor, both black and herbal, all teas. 3) Get something to buffer the banging behind the counter.
We're loyal CC's people, better than Starbucks!

Went today and placed an order. Was told by the barista that they were out of straws, is that ok?
We are still in a pandemic, you're taking my money and then touching my drink, it's not ok.
I order an ham and cheese croissant only to be told it wasn't rung up and the persona acts as if I made the mistake.
My drink was a super super grande 1 pump soy mocha with a quad shot. I was given more than 1 pump of mocha and regular milk. Glad I don't have a dairy allergy and just prefer soy.
I trained baristas for over a decade, here and in Seattle, this is poor service. Won't be going here again.

Over 45 minutes to get an E22 and a croissant. Multiple drinks made for customers who ordered after me. Someone said quality depends on who’s working and no truer words have been spoken. Made a detour on my way to DFW since I was addicted to CC’s in Baton Rouge and wanted it one last time… big mistake.

Went through the drive thru to get my morning needs... And the lady saw Rex, our dog, and offered him a Puppuccino! So kind!! He LOVED it. Thank you for taking care of not only my morning habit (mochasippi with sugar free vanilla) but caring about the fur babies too!!!
