Railway Coffee

Pretty solid 3rd wave coffee shop that’s only a couple minutes from the interstate. The selection of different single origins was limited to two and I’m typically not a big fan of monsooned Mysore so I went with the washed Colombian on V60. I’m a big fan of African naturals so this was a bit boring but I was grateful to find it on the road in Louisiana. They have the standard Malkoenig/La Marzocco espresso setup and offer press, V60 and Chemex as well.

Passing through and I'm so happy Google Maps brought me here for coffee. Barista was genuinely nice and coffee and atmosphere were great.

Went there for waffles but they no longer sell them. Also they were out of bacon for their sandwiches and plain Bagels. Also kind of pricey. But it had a nice atmosphere.

Everyone is super nice and the coffee is delicious! Also the place has this amazing decoration, perfect for drink some coffee while doing homework or having a conversation with a friend.

This new location was fairly busy on a Saturday afternoon. Glad to see them doing well.

Service was good, the environment is open and conducive to either work or conversation.

Coffee was okay, I haven't found one I love here. But it's not off my list!

An oasis on my drive from Dallas to Atlanta. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean and cozy shop. Social distancing and masks encouraged. I'll stop by on my next trip.

The coffee looked like mud and left a burned coffee taste on me and other guests mouth.
When we complained we were told that’s how it supposed to taste and offered a glass of water to wash down the horrible bitter taste. No refund given.

The perfect place to work, read, and most importantly drink really good coffee!

How can I say this nice. It was a the worst coffee. Ordered a large cup and if that's a large I'm insulted. Tasted like hot bitter water.
