Stopped in this morning, great store with great workers. Very Professional, Kind, Courteous and you can tell they take pride in their store. Have yet to stop in and see an unfriendly face. The store stays well stocked on a great part of the total store inventory. Clean isles, clean bathrooms and beer always has ice on it in the evenings to quench your thirst after a days worth of work out in the heat. Forgot the gentlemans name that I spoke with this morning by the breakfast sandwiches but he is incredibly professional and should be the manager. His attention to the details of the store whenever I am in there would have you swearing he is the District Manager, he is destined for success in life with his kindness and professional attributes to whatever he decides to do in life. All the other ladies in the store were extremely nice and pleasant to deal with as well. Cashier was so nice and great to deal with at such an early time of the day. The parking lot is cleaned regularly so there isn't trash all over the ground like there is at the Racetrac on Airline Hwy in Kenner. I applaud you guys and your professionalism. Kudos to yall! I highly recommend this Racetrac to you if you are in the area. Thank me later!

Really bad for a RaceTrac. Credit cards don’t work at the pump. The cashier are not very helpful either. The bathrooms are dirty and paper towel machine is broken and no hand dryer.

Race trac is convenient but mostly crowded. which is expected because they have the cheapest gas.anything out the store is extremely expensive. Is it just me or does the gas burn faster from there.Idk just saying!

I stopped by Racetrac this morning to pump gas, which I do quite frequently, and it was cold outside so I flipped the nozzle so it would stop when full. I've done this for over 20 years, and I have NEVER experienced this before, but the nozzle didn't flip off when it was full and another customer let me know that the gas was overflowing. I have a 2017 Dodge and I know that there isn't something wrong with my fuel tank and there was gas all alongside the car. I walked into to the store to let them know that the pump malfunctioned and it overcharged me almost $10 over what it takes to fill up, so the cashier called the manager who tells me, "well, (hunches shoulders) it was full." I replied, "I understand that, but this isn't normal and there's gas everywhere. I didn't stand there and pump it, I put it in a set the pump to fill by itself." She basically said there was nothing she could do and didn't offer any assistance at all. I'm sure that's a hazard for the next person who'll decide to pump and unfortunately they may encounter the same thing. I definitely won't return to that location.

According to sister, staff was rude and bathroom was getting ready to close. Only 9:30 and they were closing up bathrooms! SAYS 24 HOURS, BUT THAT IS FALSE!! Would recommend going to a different one across the street.

NOT 24 HOURS!!! AND STAFF IS RUDE!!! SAW ONE OF THE WORKERS GIVE ATTITUDE TO SOMEONE WHO SIMPLY ASKED ABOUT RESTROOMS. SHE DID NOT HAVE TO BE RUDE!

And then they closed at 11pm.

Not open 24 hours. Just went by there and they have 2 people in there and she said, they were closed. I know they have to clean at night but she didn't even bother to say how much longer or anything. Rude this was about 3 am on 3/4/2021. Usually I'm in there during the day and I love the store! Night crew not so much!

Cashier needs to take her earbud from her phone out, quit chatting with friends and pay attention to customers. All the employees were goofing off not paying attention to customers or their job. Soda fountain still out of syrup for most flavors. Store poorly stocked all the way around.
