Arrived 15 minutes after opening. Sat at the window for 10 minutes. I could see someone inside working but they never came to the window. Same thing to the car in front of me. Poor customer service.
Update: Received opening time from Google. Store replied with different opening time.

Excellent choice of glazed donuts, coffee, plus Sausage & Cheese Kolaches! Close to the Pineville Veterans Medical Center as well as P&G off Monroe Hwy 165. Strongly recommending to friends & family . . . I'm coming back!

I've been a Shipleys customer for many years out of Houston. I am amazed that this Shipleys doesn't follow the menu as it is a franchise. I am SO disappointed that they show a chocolate glazed donut on their website but they are too lazy or cheap to make them

Needed some donuts for a morning gathering. Worst donuts ever. So thin you could see the Jelly inside them. Looked like they juggled with them before putting them in the box. I would have posted pictures but I didn't want to scare yall

Several years ago I found out that Shipley Do Nuts makes King cakes during Mardi Gras. I ordered one and had it filled with their Strawberry filling and that was it for me. EVERY YEAR, without fail, in the days leading up to Mardi Gras, I order as many King Cakes (they make them fresh to order) as I can because I know that soon Mardi Gras will be over and it won't be able to eat another one for a whole year!!! I think their King cakes are the best I have ever eaten. They beat all the other bakeries around in the King cake department. Their donuts are good, too, but I am not really a donut person...so, it's Mardi Gras season now and I just ordered my first cake of the year!!!

Went here to buy donuts this morning for my son and I, and as usual they were delicious, but what made them even more special was a nice angel in line behind me purchased our donuts as the card machines were not working because of a recent power shortage. That was definitely the favor of God, and I will be doing this kind gesture for someone else soon. Thanks Shipley Donuts, we especially love ur chocolate filled. 🙏😇💜

Best cinnamon roll I've ever had, bar none. The whole thing tasted like the center, all soft and delicious. Perfect!! It's the "old fashioned" cinnamon roll for clarity, looks like they have several varieties though after having that one, I imagine you be fine with any of the others.

Friendly staff and quick service! I was in and out of there with 3 dozen assorted for my staff in about 6-8 minutes. Not top shelf donuts but they're good and my team likes them.
