The best people and food and coffee. They make everything by hand and oh my God the roasted turkey on their salads are unbearable! Plus this biz and 2 others have a beautiful mission to build people up and the community and they're doing exactly that

If this is supposed to be a Black owned business, but I am not so sure. Only one black front facing staff. The manager was white, but she was talking to an older black guy who seemed to be in charge of her. Black owned in this city should also be black operated and managed. Especially considering how many unemployed folks we have. Something is wrong with your leadership style if you can't find good black workers. As far as the iced mocha goes it was syrupy sweet. I had to add more ice and water to it. Wasn't good.

A friend and I were staying close by for Voodoo fest and we went two days in a row the first time I had the best chia latte I've had but the second day my latte was not good at all but they were happy to make me a new one muffins are amazing great selection

Went there, ordered a brownie it was dry and old, they had a customer in there that was screaming at the top of her lungs to other people asking the barista how much was something on the menu all while the customer was 10 feet away sitting at a table. She also was having loud conversations with conplete strangers that walked in, while other customers were studying and reading. Not sure if i will return

Wonderful place with great people. Best Iced Chai Tea I've had in the city. Stop by once and it'll make you a regular for sure!

Pontilly Coffee Shop is a mission-based organization serving the Pontilly and Gentilly neighborhoods and Greater New Orleans Area. Staff are friendly and helpful, and you can feel good about spending your coffee dollars here knowing their impact for individuals and the community.

The coffee is strong, the wifi is fast, and the prices can't be beat!

I also love the healthy food choices, including vegetarian options and a good variety of teas.

Their muffins, pastries and other desserts are amazing and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!

What an awesome community gem with such high quality for such affordable prices.

Such a hidden gem! The coffee here is so good! I had the pontilly frap (caramel, chocolate, and toffee) and I think I'm in love! My only regret is that we didn't find it until the last day on our way home!

Got the New Orleans coffee and it was the best coffee I have had in my 43 years of life. Also the crawfish nolaches will put you on another world totally stop by if you are in the area.

Lots of coffee selection, fast internet and a genuine local coffee joint. Lots of seating and local bulletins and a real homey vibe. This is a good spot. A large pastry menu as well as breakfast sandwiches.

Friendly staff sincerely welcoming, after night numerous visits they treat me like family. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and perfect for computer work or just reading. I love this place
