Pontilly is a great coffee shop. I love how they greet everyone when you walk in. Sometimes there so busy they don't even realize an exit or an entrance and still shout a greeting. I love the place

Awesome establishment and the positive energy from everyone was AMAZING!!! I had a situation where they did not accept larger bills and I only had $8.00 in ones. My order was $8.80 and instead of turning me away, they helped me out. Definitely made my morning! The coffee and breakfast option are delicious 👌 I will be back!

First off, excellent customer service! Great muffins and good coffee. All proceeds go to a great cause. Away from the tourist areas but worth the trip.

Only in NOLA for 3 days, but we came here 2 mornings in a row. Food, coffee, everything is amazing, people are welcoming, super clean and spacious environment, never a long wait. It doesn't get much better than this.

Cozy place to enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea at a very reasonable price. Genuine greeting upon entry. Service was prompt and friendly. Seating area was clean and spacious. Decor was unpretentious yet wall space was cluttered. Excellent place to study, commune with friends or conduct business. Easy access with adequate parking. Although I did not eat breakfast the selection looked inviting. Music was pretty good yet loud. I'm sure if I had asked them to reduce the volume they would have complied. This was my first long-overdue visit and will certainly support this local community treasure.

This is a great place for coffee that is not at Starbucks prices. I love Starbucks but this place makes everything they do and more without their markup. The food is great too. My favorite is the Nolachas and breakfast combinations. Best of all this is all benefits a program that helps people through the church. I found the staff very friendly and I love the food. I can't recommend this place enough.

I love this place! This was the best unintended find. Cinnamon roll was significantly good, crawfish Nola’che was so good I wish I bought more. No doubt I’ll be back when I’m back in town. And love what I hear about what they are doing for the community.
