Amazing place! Service is awesome! Food is outstanding. I go here for breakfast every time I’m in Nola!

I have gone 5 times a week for the last 7 or 8 months. The sweetest employees and the hottest vanilla lattes this side of the Mississippi. If you don't go, you're missing out.

Suit and tie or very very come as you are... Great coffee, very friendly. What I noticed is that these people know their customers. I had the nola~che shrimp and 3 cheese... Ridiculously awesome!

Loved this place so much! We went out of our way to get here, and oh my gosh! I'm so glad we did! Loved the Peaches & Cream bread pudding, and the coffee was delish!

I love pontilly. It is not a specialty espresso bar but it is one of my favorite places to go in New Orleans. It's less of a tourist attraction and more of an intimate place for community. Really the sweetest workers and they have been so kind to me all the 20+ times I've come. The service normally doesn't have any mess ups but they are human; so I don't mind. They strive for excellence and are just a wonderful company. The food is delicious and there is a variety of meals, snackies and treats! Plus awesome iced teas and yummy coffees. 😋

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Been 3x, everything we've tried has been good. Prices are reasonable, my only wish is that the coffee would be hotter. Each time I wanted to pop it into a microwave.

Great place to either relax and enjoy a bunch of options or to get some coffee and a quick snack if you're in a rush. Will go back soon!

This was the most impressive part of my trip to the Gulf Coast. No joke. I walked in expecting coffee and a treat and ended up feeling like I had gone to church and smiling on my way out. The wonderful gospel music playing, everyone saying HELLO/WELCOME when you walk in, and the people were so uplifting the rest of my day was riding on a cloud. Thank you for your amazing service and love that you spread to each and every person that comes into your establishment. I could not have asked for better coffee or the wonderful apple pie/fritter thing, I have no idea what it was called but get it! The pocket pastries were savory and excellent. Ask for them to be cooked longer if you want it real hot! GO GO GO and be ready to go to church! Thanks for the spiritual awakening and hear lifting part of my day!
