Gospel Coffee and Boozy Treats

This was an unexpected surprise. Definitely one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to. Highly recommend and will be a regular stop when we are in the area.

Good people, good fruits, nice Cafe au lait

I had a iced latte with while milk + the avocado toast. Both were just okay but I'm pretty tough critic coming from California where we have an abundance of avocado and healthy food items. The food was light but filling. Would come back.

Great coffee. While most coffee shops close at 6pm this one stayed open and was a lovely experience

In New Orleans for the Essence Music Festival. Was walking back to my hotel but on the opposite side than usual and saw the sign for Gospel Coffee and Boosy Treat. Since I missed my morning cup, I stepped in and ordered. I am a woman of a certain age so hot coffee in July is a definite no no!! The clerk recommend a cold brew over ice. Fabulous!!

I also noticed they had vegetarian items. Since I am traveling with my daughter, who is a vegetarian, it would be nice for her to eat something other than grilled cheese sandwiches or caeser salads. We ended up with the egg sandwich and the vegan burrito. Both were amazing!! The burrito was flavorful and filling. Simply awesome!!

Most importantly, the staff was so unbelievably helpful and kind. When you have a big event with many visitors, it can be a bit overwhelming. But they handled the crowds and demands with courtesy and professionalism. Awesome job!!

Great coffee, clean atmosphere great staff

This place was very accommodating and the complementary coffee and tea were amazing. The staff was exceptional and the food options were soo fun! Looking forward to visiting again.

Good food and great service.

I thought the ambiance and the service was excellent, however, the latte tasted like extremely burnt coffee, it was so bad I couldn't drink it and the fruit cup was also inedible because it reeked so much of garlic, they must have used a cutting board from dinner the night before. Sad to say because it was such a cute place!
