Biggby Coffee

The food is excellent (don’t sleep on those breakfast sandwiches!), the coffee is great, and the service is outstanding! 10/10 recommend!

Was unsure of this place, but then saw something on TikTok. The girls working were hustling and getting the work done. Interesting that it came to shelby county, but it was very delicious!

I have never had a bad drink or snack from Biggby :) Also, for a coffee shop, their tea is honestly top notch! I wish they had a 12 oz option, but their stuff is so good, I end up drinking it all anyway.

We love BIGGBY! They have so many options and their customer service is always great!

Fun place with young, inexperienced counter staff (they just opened), but with their great leadership, they will come out on top! 130+ flavors of drinks and coffee can be very daunting, but staff is patient. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious but the egg and sausage on the couple we ordered was cold. They'll get there!

Every time I got to Biggby I either get an iced Neopolitan latte or a frozen one. I went to Biggby 3 days in a row while I’ve been off from work this weekend. Each day I got the frozen Neopolitan.
It took a bit, but I got my coffee and tried to drink it. It tasted gross and kind of minty. I turned around, went back, and politely told them it wasn’t good and would like a refund. They offered to remake it and I declined. I got to the window and the manager told me it tasted weird because I ordered a drink that had expresso and to order the crème freeze next time. They did refund my money and gave me the crème freeze version. The drink was nothing like my previous experiences and I threw it out too. I appreciate them making me another drink at no charge, but I get that drink pretty frequently so please don’t tell me I ordered incorrectly. It tasted like they put the wrong syrup in it in general or didnt rinse something out before making it. Instead of apologizing or just simply refunding, I was told I ordered incorrectly.

I had a great experience here! The staff was friendly, they answered my questions about the menu when it was my first time in there. The food and coffee are super good! I love the bragels! I’m definitely going to become a regular!
