The Worse Place Ever To Deliver Door Dash For I been sitting here waiting on my order since 10:15 it’s now 10:39 just ridiculous, i do not recommend this place for anyone!!!

It was fun coming back to Richmond and learning of the second location with a drive through. Our drinks were delicious. It was a little tight because of the size of our truck, but it wasn’t terribly crowded at the time we were there.

Great decor and atmosphere. And a tasty selection of food and coffee for every taste and preference!!

I love this place. It's unique atmosphere, good food, and friendly staff definitely set it apart from something like a Starbucks. It also has a different feel than the down town location. It's much more modern and airy while downtown Purdy's is very cozy.

This location does have a drive thru which is great for a quick morning coffee but the corner from the ordering speaker to the window is a little tight for a full size truck. Nothing a wide swing wont fix but otherwise you might curb rash your wheels.

One of the worst coffeehouse experiences I have had in the Richmond area. I went to the location down town and their full menu was not available so I went to the location on Boggs. They lost my bagel order and after 20 minutes of waiting I had to convince the barista that I ordered and payed for a bagel with my coffee as I was not provided a receipt.

The coffee was blisteringly hot, too hot to drink for 20 minutes and the bagel came out without napkins. I felt like the bad guy asking for a stir stick and ice for the coffee and napkins.

Terrible experience, will not return. Try Native Bagel in Berea, much better.

So, I stopped here this morning for the first time ever after another disappointment at Dunkin and I can safely say I'll never buy an iced latte from anywhere else in this city again. It's a bit smaller than what I get from DD, but 100% worth it and the drive thru line was fast. The friendly, upbeat staff was icing on the cake.

I found a new spot for my morning social and coffee fix. Love the atmosphere. Great customer service and friendly. Excellent coffee. I have not tried the food other than the oatmeal and it is the best.

Really excellent stuff. Order is always made fresh but in a timely fashion. And the line is usually shorter than the big chains in town. Always get our coffee fix from here when able.

So I highly recommend this place. The drinks are a bit pricey but compared to similar chains it's still reasonable. The items I have ordered have a great taste and good value for your money. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Basically feels like home. Coffee is 👌. Food is 👌....and the place itself knocks it out of the park. One of the best independent coffee shops that I've ever been in.
