Alex's Family Pharmacy

Love this pharmacy and the people that work in it. They are always nice and keep me informed on my medications and if they have to order it, I never have to wait more then a day if they do have to order the medications. The best choice in the world to change to Alex’s Pharmacy. Thank you for being so great at your job.

Alex's Pharmacy is great. They are very helpful and very friendly. When my wife's prescription needed to be filled on Monday morning after she was at work Alex's Pharmacy offered to deliver it. We didn't have to ask they offered to deliver it. Then at 8am in the morning she showed up with it with a smile on her face. With the true carrying of a Hometown Pharmacy you would have to be an idiot not choose Alex's Pharmacy for your family's needs.

Great staff, fast and easy get in and out. Highly recommended. I have experienced zero problems with anyone here, and stock.
They have each took time to understand the needs and even helped with any questions or problems that have come up with meditation changes. 10 out of a 10! Great job Alex, staff and dad! 👍🏼
PS I live on the east side of town, the drive was a concern in the beginning but it is nothing compared to what I have experienced as far as issues at other pharmacies in wait time and having things in stock. Definitely worth the trade! Thanks y’all!

This is the best pharmacy ever. They are always so helpful and friendly. It is wonderful to have such a lovely hometown pharmacy. Chain pharmacies pale in comparison to the service you get at a hometown pharmacy, especially this gem.

The staff here are amazing! It's like cheers they all know you. They actually take the time to get to know you they will address you by name! Very fast service plus a drive through. And added bonus they have coffee! My business will always be with Alexs. I suggest them to every one I know

I've always had a really good experience theyre reasonable on price, quick filling scripts and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have been off my meds 2-3 months bc I had to find another Dr bc mine shut his practice down without warning. It was a woman I talked to I had 3 scripts she filled 2 and she didn't fill the 3rd one bc she said she only had a certain amount of them and she was saving them for customers that got their scripts filled there every month! 😳 I couldn't believe she said that.i said I get mine filled here every month too. Any way then she said she couldn't fill them bc the person who signed the script wasn't a Dr or something .then said I should call around and see if any pharmacy had that medicine in stock .

I have to go to the pharmacy frequently for different medications, and I have really enjoyed the customer service I've received at Alex's Family Pharmacy. They are always professional, polite, and friendly, while getting my medications to me quickly. I highly recommend them!

I needed a medication that is not commonly used and no pharmacy in Murray carried it. Alex’s Pharmacy didn’t carry it but they did order it for me, which is something no one else had even offered to do. Everyone is so friendly and exceptionally helpful every time I speak with them and they really go above and beyond for their clients. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!!
