Cafe Cream

The prices are way too high. Not only this. The owner doesn't respect her employees as many customers, including myself, have witnessed her yelling at them. More people should be hired to get food out quickly, but it seems the owner only cares about money and not wanting to spend it.

Their chocolate shakes are now one of my favorite things. Great vibe with the interior and great deck for enjoying your shake on the sunshine.

Cafe Cream is the place that Maysville needs! This is a place with a great atmosphere and a menu that can satisfy almost any craving. Cafe Cream has ice cream that competes with national chains, and food that would make restaurants jealous, all for a fraction of the price. Also, the food is all prepared as ordered so you know that you are getting it as fresh as possible. The staff is friendly and aims to help their customers in any way. FOR ALL COFFEE LOVERS who need that morning fix, the lattes/cappuccinos/regular coffee is a MUST TRY. Very smooth taste, without being burnt like the coffee from many chain restaurants (McDonalds, Starbucks). Also, it is quick, so you can swing by on the morning commute to pump up your morning and get the day off to a fresh start. 10/10

had a chicken salad wrap. it was just horrible and very expensive. it was swimming in mayonnaise soup. hardly any onion or celery just clumps of canned chicken and mayonnaise soup.

We love Cafe Cream! Their sandwiches are off the hook! Fresh rye bread! I had the homemade chicken salad and Joe had the grilled cheese panini! Delicious! Joe had rockroad ice cream which he said was wonderful! Great atmosphere, eclectic deco, friendly staff, clean and central to the main road! Will be back!

If you want great food and ice cream go to cafe cream! An asset to Maysville Ky!

The best service and ice cream. My son needs a peanut butter milk shake a day and it has to be from "Madisons". Also the owner is a 10;)

I love cafe cream!! They have excellent food, great and friendly staff, and it’s such a relaxing environment to be in!! My favorite thing they have are their wraps!!! Definitely a great place to go to in maysville!

This place didnt disappoint!!! The ice cream was excellent! We had the blueberry cheese cake and the peach... the prices are very reasonable... will definitely be back
