Best salads in Maysville!!! Our family loves Cafe Cream for a quick sweet treat or dinner on the run. I love that I can place my order online and pick it up with ease. My former and current students work there and I couldn’t be more proud of them in making Cafe Cream a safe place for everyone in Maysville and surrounding areas! Keep up the great work!

P.S. Bring back sugar free slushees this summer!

Best peanut butter milkshakes!

Good ice cream, decent prices, generally friendly staff. Only problem I've ever had is sometimes the outside area and/or the bathrooms can be a mess. We usually just drive through for this reason.

I wanted to grab a sandwich here today. I was greeted by a sticker on the front door saying bigotry, misogyny and other bs aren't tolerated here. Is that what you think of your customers? Very inviting. I'll eat elsewhere.

Took over an hour to get a club sandwich, a wrap and 1/2 of a quesadilla. 2 whole quesadillas that were ordered well after ours came out before our 1/2. No apologies offered for the ridiculous wait time. Food wasn’t good. They should stick to ice cream and get rid of the food if they aren’t able to handle it.

I love this little place. The colors are fun, the menu is awesome and not bad pricing. Have a full portion and half portion option and a healthier menu. Only problem is restrooms are usually pretty gross. Dont use them now when I take the family. Fix that and I'll rate higher.

They are always so nice and the ice cream is always great. We went inside for the first time ,great service when ordering and great environment ,we will definitely keep returning 😊

The owner is beyond rude. She speaks VERY rude to her staff and in front of customers. The shop was a mess, the wait is far too long, and my food was cold. How can a hot ham and swiss be that hard to make, and why does it cost $5 or more? Do NOT recommend this place at all. Also, if you have any complaints don’t bother bringing them to the owner because all you will get is an eye roll.

Great place! Started with just ice cream but now that have great food too. Love the soups when it’s cold. Kids love the ice cream. Plus I can get WiFi free while I’m there. Awesome.
