I tried this place for the first time and decided to order online. I don't particularly appreciate how they have the online orders set up. They have the online orders left unattended on a counter next to the entrance. The customer service could have been better. No one greeted me, and the vibe was off-putting. I even added a tip to my order before picking it up. They could have at least put my order in a bag stapled shut. I can go on & on, but I want this to be a short review.

Another thing that is annoying to me is that they have a Black Lives Matter sign sitting in the window. As a black woman, I feel slightly insulted when I see those signs. I'm not here to give a Black History lesson, but I will say that throughout history, black people have contributed a lot to this country, and it has been erased. None of what my ancestors have done and who they truly are as beings has ever been discussed in the media or school. My ancestors built this country, to sum it up. From my experience, I receive the worst and most awkward customer service from businesses with posted Black Lives Matter signs. The organization is a cover up to keep us distracted and blind to the truth. It's like it's a new form of gaslighting. I gave this place two stars because the food was above average. I'm going back to preparing my food at home.

Full Stop has the best drinks. I go out of my way to get their lavender mocha, hot or cold. They have a decent selection of vegan food and local items.

Why isn't this closer to my house?! Loved the atmosphere, the beverages, & the food. I ordered a peppermint oak milk latte and it was amazing. I then had a blackberry lemon vegan scone, also bomb, see photos. I stayed and worked on my laptop there for a couple hours and thoroughly enjoyed myself! Definitely recommend!

I love the relaxed environment of Full Stop. There is nothing like this concept here, and I appreciate the thought put into its design and execution. Food and drink are always spot on. (The Anna's way is my go to) Gender expression inclusivity should not go unremarked either. It is a safe place.

Hip spot with with solid coffee and food -- I also enjoy their Miel and they have an interesting selection of signature drinks. A great place for a meetup or to get some work done. I will say the baristas here are consistently the least friendly in town.

Wonderful new addition to the neighborhood. Full stop offers a variety of quick options for food and drink. There are standard coffee item, as well as a few sandwiches, waffles, and some pastries. Great vegan options if that's your thing. They also offer a fun selection of basic food items as well as some great quick grabs for a lunch in park. A few nice beer selection as well. Free WiFi is available and on my visit there were a few people working on laptops. Plentiful seating with options of small tables or bar seating along the front windows. I look forward to see how this places grows into the future.

Full Stop Station doesn't disappoint. The Aesthetic is minimal and charming, the team members are intentional, engaging, and know exactly how to make a good freaking latte. I love that they serve Ritual coffee -- it's one of my favorites. And their CBD oil addition is GENIUS. I get both my refuel for the day and a sense of calm. This is officially a Germantown gem! 10/10 would recommend.

the BEST gingerbread latte i’ve ever had. I love how their stuff is local too (milk, kombucha, food, even the artwork & items for sale). AND they have vegan/gluten free sweets! it was busy but they got through the line quickly. 👍🏼

The Louisville Coffee Trail brought me here. The baristas were very friendly and welcoming to me. I ordered the practical magic iced latte. Very good! A bit pricey compared to other similar drinks. Will come back again if I’m this area.
