The texture of the boba pearls was very soft and squishy, not very chewy. This may be a matter of personal preference or it may have been how they made them on a particular day. I prefer the texture to be a little chewy. Also, the Thai tea we ordered wasn’t sweet. We drank half of it trying to figure out if it was lacking sweetened condensed milk or if it was supposed to be that way, so we didn’t bother trying to return it. Next time I would return it, having spoken to others who said theirs was very sweet. I would still be willing to give this place another try! They have so many fun flavors to try.
I love boba tea and I’d say this place is OK. The name obviously is adorable and I love that they offer vegan milk options. What I don’t like is the serving size is really really small for $5. It’s about half the size of Sharetea and Fun Tea, for the same price. And the cup is mostly ice. I also find their boba to be too soft and gooey but maybe that’s just a preference thing. It’s not my first choice for bubble tea but it’s not bad.
Fun, delicious place for boba tea! Plenty of options and you are able to customize your drink somewhat. Vegan friendly, too. The cosmic crunch is like sugar on sugar, and the Strawberry Fields is great! Logan Street Market is amazing! What a find! Like the state fair but better, or like all of third street in one place. Loved it!
Management corrected the issue and was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve updated the review due to the outstanding management response.

Literally the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The girl at the register was SO RUDE. We asked her "What do you recommend" and she responded "I don't know, whatever you like to drink.." in a rude tone. She then proceeded to ignore us, we each said "thank you" because we're decent human beings - and she literally just gave us a dirty look. Like ????? girl I just want Boba, sorry you hate your life.
Trying not to be a Karen, but SERIOUSLY, I never in my life have experienced a more miserable service worker who had absolutely no customer service or general respect towards others. The Boba was fine, but stay away from this place unless you like to be ignored, glared at, and be talked to down to.
Get a Thai Fighter and you're in for a ridiculously delicious boba tea. Like, wow. I'll definitely have to come back for another next time I'm in Louisville.
Apart from that, Boba Fête is an adorably named adorable little tea shop inside of the Logan Street Market. Visit it.
Tried Boba Fête for the first time today, got the Thai Fighter. It was so good! Love the Star Wars puns & the cup design is adorable. Will definitely be back to try more flavors!
Awesome place! The teas are all fun and unique (while still having the staples you'd expect at a bubble tea joint), and very tasty! Most importantly, their teas are all veganable
This is not boba and they didn't have the decency to say they were out ingredients and just threw anything into a cup. Again this is not Boba just some pretentious folks who discovered boba and decided to use its name to sell some bland tea with chunks of fruit in it. A complete waste of money. There are more authentic boba places in Louisville to try.

Cute place, not gonna lie it’s not the best milk tea I’ve had but it was decent. Love that the mascot is a cat! One of the reasons I stopped!
