My undergrad college was right next to Third Street Stuff, so this has been a favorite spot for me for a long time. Great range of coffee drinks and pastries. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. The "stuff" section has gotten smaller over the years, but there are still lots of cool gifts and items for purchase. They've added a large loose-leaf tea selection since I was last there. Their seasonal drinks are always worth checking out. Staff is consistently friendly. Soooo much personality in the space--it's a great place to spend some time. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the the Lexington area.

A warm, welcoming, eclectic coffee shop, this place maintains an aura of the mid-90s but stays up to date and current with worldy events. A fun space to spend time with others or to study, there's even a board game corner and local items for sale, amongst other things. And while there isn't anything fancy about their coffee (no pour-over or anything), it's still delicious and smooth. I will be back for sure.

A collision of coffee, culture, art, and botany in a cozy 1 story house.
Prices are very reasonable.
Team is friendly.
Drinks are prepared with presentation in mind.
Vibes are down-to-earth.
Plenty of nooks to suit your lounging, studying/working, socializing, reading, or chilling needs.
Background music feels the air but isn’t too loud.
Atmosphere imbues relaxation and art permeates the walls.
This coffeehouse is uniquely funky and refreshing from the tried and true franchises.

Ever since I found this place, I have been stopping in for coffee whenever I am near it. Definitely a unique spot with coffee, food, oddities and such. Love the owner (you will find her running around working during the day and photos displayed of her couch burning on campus on the walls! Go Cats!) Also, check out the murals nearby!

As someone who is not familiar with many coffee shops/am not a big coffee drinker generally, I keep coming back to Third Street Stuff! It is a great place to hang out with friends and family, get homework accomplished, and enjoy delicious coffee and food! The staff is also very friendly.

This was a great spot to visit for caffeine! It reminded me of a similar coffee shop that I frequent back home. I only stayed briefly but it has a wonderfully relaxed and cozy atmosphere. I will be certain to visit again should I find myself in the area again someday.

Came around 11a on a Sunday. Plenty of people in. People sprinkled around the shop on the couches and in the chairs. Everyone seemed friendly. The drinks took a long while to make but inside there’s so much to look at we didn’t mind. The outside is lovely too. Shaded plenty of seating. Very cute place. Will be holding the next book club meeting here.

Love this neat little spot. Great place for lunch or coffee. Their sandwiches are really tasty and a good price. I got the three cheese and tomato which was delcious, my husband got the cajun turkey which was also very good. We ate most of it before I thought to take a picture. They have gluten free options as well. The decor is fun, there are little gifts to buy throughout, and a bunch of boxed games to play.
