Always amazing service and amazing coffee and donuts. I appreciate all that your business and staff has done to keep your patrons safe throughout the pandemic. Thank you for giving me my coffee fix.

Love the local honey they sell, which has helped our kids' allergies. Love the specialty donuts and specialty coffee drinks. My kids always get plain glazed or cinna-monkey, but my husband and I always have to try the donut of the day.

They took time to sort out a personal phone while I waited to be served.

Best donuts in Lexington, hands down. Only wish I have is that they differentiate between funkfetti and chocolate frosting funkfetti .There is a difference. Would love to know without calling what donuts they have each day. They don't always have mine and my daughters' favorite...vanilla frosting funkfetti.

Loved the coffee week special so I returned on Sunday to get another before coffee week ended. The doors were locked thirty minutes before the shop was supposed to close and staff were already mopping inside. Not a good look. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service. "Accidentally" hung up on me because the phone is old. Umm...you haven't been in this location that long. Can't order donuts for the same day. Ridiculously long wait times as employees try to decide if they are at work or a social gathering. Rude manager, who is happy for you to take your business to another local donut shop.

I love gluten free Friday. My only complaint is that I have to wait until Friday to get a gf donut. I understand that the demand probably isn't there to provide them all week though and I'm thankful for a local option.

Normally I would say how wo derful this place is and how much we love the donuts, but this time even though the store was "open" we could not go in because we had not ordered ahead and did not know we needed to, and there was not a way for us to order once we were there. Really disappointed we will go elsewhere from now on.

This is my go to place to get both coffee and donuts in Lexington. My favorite drink is the Wildcat. I never would have guessed blueberry flavor would enhance my coffee experience, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE North Lime donuts. Their COVID protocols promotes a safe environment to snag some donuts. Wish I could give them six stars.
