Terrible service. I went to this location in the evening and I had horrible customer service by the person taking my order at the drive thru speaker felt rushed. Got to the window and got handed the wrong drink I told them that’s not what I ordered and it wasn’t a big deal it was wrong I understand being busy and things get out of hand sometimes but the attitudes by the employees was crazy wouldn’t recommend night shift.

I love seeing the light on at Krispy Kreme because there’s nothing like doughnuts hot off the line. However the light being on doesn’t mean much at this location. Even with the light on today we got doughnuts that were warm at best. The glaze was dry and cracked when they gave them to us. I rarely get an opportunity to get hot glazed doughnuts so I am very disappointed in this location. Apparently they have them already glazed and sitting back there.

Consistently bad experience here. I (used to) go regularly as my job has me bringing breakfast to our customers frequently. This morning (11/11/21) I went to drive thru and was going to order 4 dozen of donuts. I ordered Original Kreme, and was told they "don't have these yet". It was 7:15am on a random Thursday. This is like the third time in a row they didn't have them so I told the girl taking the order. She replied "I'm not a manager and can't do anything about it". I just drove away. It's always bad. I'm going to support the locally owned businesses who care about their customers in the future. I shared this with my co-workers and they all agreed to do the same. Quit advertising and promoting product you never have, and train your employees how to handle a concern.

One other thing...notice there are no replies to the reviews like many other businesses do. It's just further proof they don't pay attention to customers.

Demonico was very rude working the drive thru. He wouldn’t assist me with my order and also did my order incorrectly I ask him to correct and still had a attitude for no reason just a horrible experience

We live a hour away from your store we all wanted Krispy cream and when we arrived to your store the two young men working was not friendly at all to us 1/31/2020 they where out of a lot of Donuts no Donut holes we picked out 3 dozen of Donuts and when we got back home to enjoy the Donuts with coffee and milk they where not fresh at all they where not made the day we came for sure ! We was their on a Sunday at 2 pm and we was very disappointed to drive that far and be treated like we was ....

It was a nice visit. The staff was very pleasant, customer service friendly, my husband was pleased they had coke products, and my daughter was absolutely enamored with the full kitchen window that gave complete insight into the world of baking and frosting. We will visit again!

I was very disappointed with the order I placed days ago for them to be delivered at 5pm today, St. Patricks Day. The door dash guy had to message me that they did not have half my order and would I like something different. First off, I placed the order s few days back for the St Patrick's Day box. So when you start making the donuts one would think you would fill your orders first and sell the rest at the counter. I suppose logic didn't come to play here today. So I basically got a box of green glazed donuts with some sprinkles thrown in for an added bonus instead of receiving the colorful decorated unicorn donuts I ordered. Such a shame. Thankfully I didn't tell my granddaughter in advance about her unicorn donuts.

Can't say anything about the donuts...... I mean come on they are donuts right!!!! Lol

Donuts were delish! The people helping us were very nice and quick. There was a line when we came in and a huge drive thru line but all the workers were very pleasant even though it looked like they were swamped. 😊 highly recommend!
