Decent location. They dont seem to pay attention very well, because I picked up a chocolate milk and showed the cashier and she forgot to ring it up. Good for me I got a free chocolate milk, but I feel like there should be more attention to detail because the manager on duty was also just eating a donut casually in front of everyone. That's not really restaurant standards, kind of rude. But the quality and customer service was really good..

Donuts were excellent as always!

I just came from the drive through and I bought 4 donuts for $5. The price doesn't bother me as long as I am getting what I want. The hot sign was on but they gave me cold donuts. when I asked for fresher donuts, I was told that there was nothing they can do and they was not willing to give me a refund. I've been here before, you can literally feel the warmth of the donuts through the box. just know that if you choose to go to this location while the hot sign is on, YOU MAY OR MAY NOT RECEIVE FRESH HOT DONUTS!!!!

Very rude manager. Refused to fill order from the App even though payment was made and order was complete. Wanted me to go back to the back of the drive in line and order from speaker. Ego tripper.

Update: Krispy Kreme customer service were nice enough to refund me for the unfilled order. Maybe this particular location staff was having a bad day.

There is usually a bit of a line, but honestly that's a good sign! It moves quick and I've never had any issues with orders. The cashier / staff are always a pleasure. I've seen reviews on some Krispy kreme that they don't bake the donut long enough, but I've yet to run into that problem.

Went here a week ago and had no issues getting the specialty limited time donuts and an iced coffee. Just ordered through the drive through and they had only the basics of basics available. Asked for a latte and said they "we're not making lattes right now". Not really sure why? No explanation whatsoever and no offers of anything else that the were serving to drink. I understand working in service is rough (I work in retail) but with no explanation of why they couldn't give us any drinks was off putting. I'd rather you lie and just say the machines weren't working.

Donuts were okay. Drive thru lady was rude. And they had no iced coffee. They didnt offer and check and see if we wanted regular coffee or any other drinks. Drive thru only. Was super super slow. For a donut place that is out of half we wanted you have to ask yourself why so slow?! Pick the donut up...put it in the box! Sell it! Not that hard really.

The had on app for July 4 the donuts BOGOFrre promo code and when we got there they charged us 21$ and then gave us 3 milks instead of two like we asked for in the first place. They need to be cited for false advertising and I am one who will.
