Hate, hate, hate, HATE. I have never been more disappointed in a captain D’s. I came to acquire a 10 piece fish family meal and when I requested my order at the drive through window I was met with nothing but rudeness. They told me they only serve donuts and coffee. I was not born last night. I know what captain D’s serves. I don’t know if this was a prank or what but I’m sick of this mistreatment.😡🤬

This is the first time I've ever been in a Krispy Kreme store and I thought when I walked in and would smell amazing but all I smell was cleaning solutions and oil it smelled more like an automotive shop!

Amazing Asst. Manager Paul H. made our Saturday morning special with some quick-witted jokes to brighten my daughter's day. Seems like a great person to work with. The donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate were all fresh, hot, and 😋 delicious.

Hello, my name is Richard Fox. I understand what it's like to work unlivable wages. And I am pretty sure the people working there, don't work there to be accused of stealing money from the registers. Two of the managers here, Aaron and Ben, are extremely rude, and very loud mouthed. BEN accuses his staff of stealing money from the registers. His staff are honest. He is not. I would not be surprised if he was the one stealing the money and pinning it on others. I do not know him personally, but because of the stories I have heard about him, I will never work here.
