I've frequented this business for years and know the owners. They're good, honest, people serving & selling the highest quality coffee in Northern Kentucky. I couldn't be more proud to support a business that requires masks to keep themselves and the public safe.

My absolute favorite coffee shop! With an amazing environment, great coffee, and friendly workers, you seriously cannot go wrong with VBB! The owner went out of his way to make conversation with me every visit to ask me about how my college application process was going, as I would frequently work on applications and essays there. I am really gonna miss this place when I move out of nky. This small, local business cares about its guests and community very much. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door! :-)

Don’t let the recent negative reviews fool you. They only come from anger towards mask requirements which are now mandatory for the state of Kentucky. These angry people want to hurt this business and the family that runs it and they will spin stories and lie to do so.

The coffee and employees here are wonderful. The owners are genuine and kind and always accommodating. They would never belittle anyone or treat them poorly. I’ve been getting coffee here for about 7 years and it’s consistently been a wonderful experience. I know so many other customers who would agree with me.

I love this place! I travel a ton for work and always look forward to coming back home to get coffee from here. The staff is excellent and the new menu every month makes for a fun experience.

Velocity Bike and Bean is one of the coolest coffee shops in the state! And I don’t like coffee so that is saying a lot. The atmosphere and the employees are so inviting it’s hard to believe you are in a strip mall off the highway. It’s conveniently located making it easy to grab a morning drink in the way to work and the employees will get your day started out great, with their friendly attitude. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I had a very weird situation occur with this business at first, but it turned out to be a huge misunderstanding. After some discussion with a very reasonable management team, we were able to resolve the confusion, and I brought my bike in for services. Let me tell you, I'm glad I did. They were able to set me right up and get the repairs done on the spot. While I waited, I enjoyed a delicious, natural Ethiopian coffee, and my sons were able to partake with hot cocoas all around. Great visit, great prices, and great service. I definitely recommend this establishment.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Greater a Cincinnati. They have a thoughtful selection of coffees, delicious homemade pastries, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I do wish they had better options in the way of tea, but can’t beat the coffee menu, which includes drip, pour overs and specialty lattes.

This is my favorite coffee shop. Mark is an incredibly kind man and his staff are hard workers. Once Mark even gave me free food because I was there studying so long! It’s well-run, the prices are good, and the coffee is great! I like their Seabird drink and the maple spice latte!! It’s a very welcoming environment and anyone can feel comfortable here. It’s cozy, inviting, and professional. There’s bike repair in the back, which btw, won “Best Bike Shop in NKY” last year! Love this place and these people! You don’t want to miss it!

I’ve been a regular customer here for 8 years, and every cup of coffee (mostly Seabirds) has been top notch. I’ve watched music there, and I’ve played music there, and the memories are priceless. I look forward to (Decaf is our band name) playing there again very soon, and always craving my next cup! Thanks Mark and Lisa for having this wonderful business.

The staff is even better than the coffee! Our family has been enjoying Velocity for the better part of 8 years. We love Mark, his family, and staff. We’ve had nothing but wonderful service from them. Mark has even serviced our bikes a couple of times. They also have a great selection of local coffee to purchase.
