Velocity Bike & Bean

Every time I’m in NKY I want to visit Velocity. Their coffee is very rich, all the employees are kind, and the atmosphere is homey. I’ve been a few times when they had a live band and the music was great! The family that owns the business is nice and welcoming. It’s a wonderful place to study, work remotely, have a date, or catch up with a friend!

Not only one of the most genuine coffee shops I've been to but one the best small businesses I've ever seen. The coffee selection here is outstanding and prepared well with craftsmanship and heart. They have speciality drinks and cold ones as well if your feeling up for one.

Atmosphere is great, it has the cozy ambiance of a hidey hole type of study that's great for allowing one to dive deep into work, read, or have a gentle conversation with someone nearby. I couldn't recommend this place more 10/10

This is my favorite coffee shop! Friendly staff/owners and absolutely delicious coffee!! Don't let bad reviews by anti-maskers, who should be adult enough to know better, deter you. This place is amazing and I love supporting their small business!

The service here is always incredible, very respectful, kind and professional. It feels like visiting friends every time I come in. Everything on the menu is great, best seabird around and the pastries never disappoint either! Favorite local coffee shop in nky! Staff are always willing to give advice on what to order and never make you feel stupid for asking questions about the coffee or process. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

My favorite coffee shop ever! They care about the safety of their employees and customers. Plus, their coffee is top notch, and if I could, I would go there every day. Employees are amazing and friendly. Highly recommend.

My daughter & I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I can’t say enough good things about it. The decor is fabulous. It’s very quaint and inviting. The coffee/drinks/treats are top notch in taste! This is my 19 year old daughter’s favorite coffee spot hands down. When she was heart broken recently she asked to go here because she said she knew it would cheer her up. She attends college away from home and when she’s back on breaks, this is a place where we like to go for mom & daughter time. She’s looked around her college town for a place with great coffee & a similar feel but says nothing compares to Velocity Bike & Bean.

The staff at Velocity are always fantastic. It's a nice shop with great coffee. I took my wife to check out some used bikes and the owner spent about 20 minutes to adjust out a bike to just get an idea of what she might like. Zero pressure. The coffee is always great too! I'd highly recommend this place!

I am obsessed with this place! I love to try out different local coffee shops. And I am telling you.. this place is the best and beyond. Great atmosphere, warm welcoming staff, high quality coffee and delicious pastries. My go to is Ice white chocolate mocha (absolutely the best, you can’t have this great at anywhere else) I don’t know what to tell you. Go and find out for yourself! Thanks me later ❤️😉

Wonderful coffee shop! The coffee is excellent, made by expert baristas. Even more, the sense of peace nd welcome pervades the entire space. They are the definition of craft coffee, without any pretension or stuffiness. Just kind people with a warm welcome. I love to come write here, and do a little people watching. I’ve seen business meetings, first dates, family hangouts, and friends looking for a space to connect. It’s great—I highly recommend them!

Super cozy atmosphere with amazingly comfy seating. Weekend music is fabulous and the staff is always super friendly! The bikes are set up in the back portion of the store, with a seating and espresso bar in the middle, and a stage near the entry. I adore this shop! Super original!
