Since relocating back to the Midwest I wanted to find local coffee shops in the NKY/Cincinnati area. I was extremely pleased to find Velocity which marries two passions I love (coffee and cycling). I frequent this amazing shop and I’m consistently pleased with the amazing coffee along with friendly service. I feel very welcome and appreciated every time I stop in. They are engaging on social media and will show support back to the community. The creativity of flavors and products continues to exceed expectations!

I found this place on Google, SO GLAD. I had an AMAZING specialty iced latte, I saw several options for specialty teas and coffee. I also got an almond tea cake that was perfectly crunchy. I saw pastries but I'm not sure if they offer more substantial food, i was very satisfied with my cake. This is also a bike repair shop with a great vibe, lots of seting, and a perfect interview/date spot. The workers were so amazing as well.

Velocity is my favourite coffee shop. I live 20-30 minutes away but the drive is worth it because the drinks are always delicious and the staff is friendly. I love how knowledgeable they are too. When I’ve asked for suggestions based on other things I’ve liked, they have been quick to make a new suggestion which has always been tasty as well.

I have greatly appreciated the staff’s commitment to the safety of its customers through their own wearing of masks and requiring customers to wear masks too. There’s no bullying or shaming, just encouragement! They are a shining example of what a business should be and I’m so pleased we have them in Northern Kentucky.

Also, just wanted to add that the ‘dirty hippie’ and the lavender mocha are incredible, but don’t miss out on their innovative drink specials! Mint julep cold brew! HELLO!!!!

What can I say about my favorite coffee shop? The atmosphere of this shop is what draws me. This is my 1st choice to visit when I want to relax and enjoy some time with a friend or have a business meeting. Mark is a stand up guy who will go out of his way to accommodate any customer, and his baristas are friendly and helpful. I hosted a piano recital at Velocity, and all of the parents loved it. Highly recommend!

Start out by saying that this is quite the cute coffee shop, menu has a good selection. Customer service was definitely lacking, the guy taking care of my order wouldn’t answer my questions I had and brushed me off quickly to show a coworker a picture of a bat that was found in a family member’s house. Lactose intolerant and when he asked me what type of milk I wanted and I asked him what kind was available, he begins to ignore me and says ok whole milk. Went ahead and just took the darn drink since I was on break and didn’t have much time.

Velocity is by far the best coffee shop in NKY. The staff and owners genuinely care about their customers and the community. Their coffee and baked goods are absolutely delicious and you can tell that they take pride in what they put out.

They have handled operating in the midst of a pandemic with the utmost grace and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop to anybody looking for a safe place to have the perfect cup of coffee.

This coffee shop is fantastic.

I don't think I've seen a better line of not only signature but monthly rotating coffees. The bakery snacks are straight fire - 10/10 GO HERE!

Great coffee made and served up by an even better group of people! I will drive across town past dozens of other coffee shops to get an iced “Dirty Hippy”! Always a pleasure to stop in and see Mark and the rest of the Velocity family! Definitely a customer for life. Two thumbs up and five stars. 100% would recommend

We love coming here. The coffee, service, and bike shop are fantastic and I’m grateful to have such a great shop that’s here in northern Kentucky. They’re Nutella mocha is AWESOME! The service is great and they always go the second mile. Velocity and all of its employees are very professional and very enthusiastic about the work they do. Definitely a place we will continue to come and support.

I'm sure it's great for coffee, cant say, dont drink coffee. Not so much if looking for a bike. 1 of the sites voted it best bike shop in NKY. It's not. Look on the interwebs for a nice bmx. If you're lookn for what you grandma road, you might be able to find it here.
