Cocoa Dulce has amazing chocolates, cheesecake, coffee, and gelato! I have never had a bad experience. The employees are always welcoming and wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone!

The young woman at the counter was very helpful. I went on Monday so I took advantage of the 'buy 4 get 1 free'. I was not disappointed! They were all yummy!

Cocoa Dulce has a warm, friendly and trendy little restaurant inside their store. Buy their chocolates, then have a little coffee, tea, or even wine or cocktail. They have a few baked goods, etc. Very fun!

I went with my friends and we were all dressed up in our costumes for Grease. We went there for a photo shoot and offered us some free snacks to pose with, the costumer service was all quite kind! And all around great experience, I reccomend it.

Great place to hang out with friends and visit. Lots of drink and dessert choices. It is pricey though.

Chocolate used to be something that I held with the highest satisfaction towards my stress filled life up until my employment at Cocoa Dolce. Since the beginning of the New Market Square location, many regulars recognized me as the one who offered some of the most memorable and enjoyable customer experiences there at Cocoa Dolce. But during my employment, I have begun to realize that they take hardly any care towards the sanitation and quality of the things they sell. Only a select few employees can pass the benchmark of quality. The fact that they charge a whole $2.20 for a single piece of chocolate that they say is "made from the highest quality ingredients" is bogus because the ingredients they use are extremely inexpensive and cheap. The next thing of concern is the sanitation of the products given to us. I having worked at Cocoa Dolce for the past two months have seen no improvement in the handling dirty dishes which actually disgusts me the fact that they are serving you a dish that has only been rinsed from water when during flu season people's dishes should be thoroughly washed. Last but not least comes the horrible organization system they have going on. Nothing is organized from the chocolates that are about to expire in the case to the chocolates up in retail on display. Which is what leads them to having so many chocolates expire due to the fact that they dont know how to stock them properly. Many customers dont even know they are eating near expired pieces which really frustrates me. Also, if your looking for coffee or hot chocolate, you should not go there, for they extremely overprice their cups for a whole $6 which you can make yourself or get a better quality from StarBucks. Overall, people dont understand that behind the whole facade of the niceness of the lobby comes unorganized, and extremely over priced garbage. Yet they expect us to perform to over the top quality while paying its employees minimum wage.
