Juli's Coffee and Bistro

we were told that our food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. yes, they were busy and it was 10:45, so everyone was getting brunch, so the late food, was understandable.

this middle aged man(waiter) tried to act cute a funny, but was actually very disrespectful. our food sat on the rack ready to come to our table, but instead he stayed at a table associating about his whole life story instead of doing his job.

this is our first time visiting, and MIGHT think about coming back. the barista ended up having to put HER job on hold to do his. he then proceeded to be rude to her because she said, “don’t worry, i’ll take care of your job.” because she had to do HIS job. there’s no reason for an employee to be rude to their own coworker infront of customers. take it to the back, and keep it out of the public.

We are visiting from out of town and decided to try Juli’s because of the rave reviews - we were not disappointed! Delicious coffee, tasty food, and super friendly staff :) if we ever find ourselves in Topeka again, we will definitely be back!

Juli's is a gem. The food is fresh and delicious. The coffee is on point and the staff are friendly and engaging.

It's the look/vibe of a coffee shop but with the layout of a diner. This is the best way I can describe it. The grill cheese with tomato bisque was good, totally recommend. Coffee so far has been hit or miss, sometimes the latte tastes like it has too much milk and feels more like a hot milk beverage than coffee, and other times it's perfect. The coffee they're using is smooth and good quality. Overall I do enjoy coming here and will continue to visit. Just wanted to make an honest review.

Best coffee shop ever!! So cute and cozy. Always quick. Food is delicious and the coffee flavors and names are just so fun and yummy!! The fresh pastries they have are to die for!! I would go here every morning if I could!!

The chicken salad sandwich was super good and I received fabulous customer service! Great place for breakfast or lunch!

The best latte I’ve had in a long time!! Food was portioned great for price, couldn’t finish the wrap it was so big! Great atmosphere and the staff was so friendly.
