Hanover Pancake House

Hands down one of best breakfasts you will find in Topeka! We stopped in over the holiday weekend, the place was very busy and full, we were seated very quickly, the wait staff was on top of their game! Food was that amazing "home-style" breakfast food! We will definitely be back!

Went for breakfast on Saturday morning. Discovered on their breakfast menu that they carry spinach and cheese quiche which is served with a fresh fruit cup. It was wonderful. Basically melted in my mouth. I would highly highly recommend.

Better have some time to come here, food is good but waited 20 minutes for a table, 20 minutes to order, 20 minutes to get our food for 3 of 4 people and 25 minutes for the last person and all they had were pancakes. We were expecting an hour but took 2 and made us late for a family event. Noticed others were waiting a long time to order as well.

So many selections on the menu and everything I have tried is great. Generous portions too!

Perfectly cooked omelet. Pancakes were the best we've ever had. Overall best breakfast on our cross country road trip.

Love love love this place! Even when they're busy, it doesn't take long to be seated and food ordered. Food... so good! Never a complaint. Their regulars, I know for a fact, they treat like family. Always feels like home when I walk in. Home atmosphere, home cooking, where can you go wrong? 53 years and still going strong!

My first time here. Place was hoppin. Service was excellent. The food was amazing and huge. I had a pan cake roll thing (I believe it was called a Burnett's Mound pancake roll). OMG what a brilliant idea. My sister ordered corn beef hash. Best ever I have tasted.

Oh my goodness. I can not believe I lived in Topeka for so many years before I came here for breakfast. I did not know what I was missing out on. Met some out of town friends for breakfast. The place was packed. So many nice and friendly staff members running around to take care of everything. The food was great. Large portions. Had to take some home as to not waste it.

We were sitted quickly, but then the waitress took a long time taking our order, the food took forever to get after ordering, even though other tables got thier food faster. We felt our order had been forgotten the waitress even mentioned some of our food was taken. Our order was wrong when it finally came to our table. Waitress was friendly but not attentive at all.

A go to for breakfast in Topeka. There’s usually a wait on the weekends because everyone wants to come here. The biscuits and gravy, and pancakes are delicious. A great diner breakfast!
