What a delightful place this is. Great coffee. Amazing baked goods. Terrific sandwiches. And the background music is always just the right thing. Quiche on the weekends is a real treat. You'll like it.

Good but expensive.
No loyalty to repeat customers. After having a group that meet here every month, for two years, the management decided to let us no longer reserve the only tables we can use for our group with no warning.

Guess our money isn't good enough.

So if you have not than a few people look for somewhere else.

The food is great but unfortunately will not return. Go there almost once a week for lunch but the owner has made several comments about us going to Starbucks for coffee after lunch. I've tried several coffees here and haven't found one I like. Today was completely uncalled for and has lost our business.

This is a great local's place. The food is great (sandwiches, salads, and the best homemade lobster bisque - the pastries are to die for). The coffee is rich in flavor and served by well trained Baristas, The BEST thing is their BEER. The owner is a fountain of all things beer. Every week there is a new micro or specialty beer to try on tap as well as a supply of bottled or canned. The atmosphere is casual and the staff is friendly.

Great coffee and vegan granola bar while passing through Topeka. Relaxed cool vibe , friendly staff. Also clean restroom. Will stop again.

Great espresso. Great breakfast menu. Great service.

Favorite coffee shop and bistro! I absolutely love the atmosphere and people that make Blackbird the place that it is; they are fun and make incredible consistent drinks and food! Love their variety and uniqueness, hands down my favorite place! Blackbird is my Cheers!

They made a great dry cappuccino. Very sparse Cafe and they need better artwork for that coffee house feel. Very friendly folks working the counters and Wi-Fi friendly. I like the fact that it had a local feel.

The paninis, pickles, coffee (PT's) and treats are quite good, but that BBQ watery pink chicken mush on a bun was odd. All in all, one of the better places for good coffee and food, though. It's nice to have the occasional great coffee with a shot of of good booze, too.
