Had a b-fast sandwich and it was delish!! The atmosphere is cozy - eventhough it was busy the morning I came. The line to order moved quickly and the service was great. Will definitely be going back!

A comfortable and friendly coffee shop. The hot chocolate was excellent, and I wanted to lick my plate after eating my cinnamon roll. The personnel were friendly and helpful. A great place to relax for a bit.

AMAZING!!!! Super Duper Yummy!! We live in Wichita but we were here in town to visit my sister this weekend and she recommended this place to us. Definitely will eat here again!:)

Went for a quick breakfast for our trip back to Kansas City. I did order Tomato and cheese sandwich with potato salad. I requested to remove tomato. Sandwich was nice and hot , and potato salad was tasty. I did order cappuccino, small. Did seem like it had only half full, cappuccino was good though! Will go here again for breakfast in our next trip.

Delicious gluten free sandwich options, and they normally have at least one gluten free pastry option (always tasty). Gluten friendly, gluten free.

When I find a place that I like, many times I order the same thing over and over. This is not that place. I have tried many of their entrees. Everything I have eaten there has been excellent. Every barista has made the same coffee order the same way with no difference in taste or quality. It is not an expensive event. It is a quality event. Fruit is always an option with every meal that I have enjoyed. The music is low key and it is easy to talk to a group without raising a voice. Overall, it is a pleasant dining and coffee experience that is easy on the pocket. One gets high value and high quality for a reasonable price. Their rubens---Excellent. Their breakfast sandwiches---Inventive and Excellent. Coffee always superb.

I was parched on a cold day in December driving around my customers checking on drivers I stopped in the Black Bird espresso bar and bistro had the best cuppa soup I’ve ever had in my life and a very good mocha very quiet peaceful vibrant crowd contemporary setting and I’m returning today tired craving that mocha again

Lovely local coffee shop. Friendly at the counter, really delicious coffee (and I got a decaf latte which is too often not nearly as good as a regular) and super quick. Tasty pumpkin bread too. Only tiny complaint, if you can call it that, is the coffee wasn’t really hot enough for carry out. Temp would have been perfect if I’d been sitting there to drink immediately.
