The coffee was great but the cinnamon roll and scone were not baked all the way through and I only could eat a few bites😕
Also it doesn't make sense to me to leave a tip when I have to heat up my breakfast in the microwave by myself.

Held two events in one day at the Bluestem to celebrate our daughter ‘s graduation. Brunch in the morning and a happy hour later in the day. The staff was great. They were flexible in every way and so cheerful. The food and drinks and the private room worked out perfectly! And we came in under budget! Thank you Bluestem!!!

Always love the environment and the great selections of food and drinks. The staff is friendly and wait time is minimal.

The scramble of the day when I went for brunch on a Sunday morning was Caprese, with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and a balsamic drizzle mixed with eggs and potatoes. It was pretty good but something was a little too chewy, like sun dried tomato chewy, not mozzarella chewy. I'm nit-picking a little, because it really was good, but that's why I didn't give five stars.
The short line to order moved quickly and the food came out quickly. I just had whatever their house coffee was and it was very good.

I love how the staff invites an atmosphere that is welcoming and at the same time hard working. You all are doing a fantastic job serving Manhattan and us college students. I'm here often and there is not one staff member that I have not seen involved in the peoples lives as much as they are in their work, which is just a special place to be.

This coffeehouse is the unofficial study center of K-state. Their employees are kind and they make their drinks fairly fast. Service 10/10. Music 10/10. Coffee 8/10 (better than Radina's, not as artisanal as Arrow or Sparrow.) Their cuban Latte is a must-try. Prices: 9/10. Latte art: 7/10. Food 9/10. It's more on the loud/extroverted side, so if you are a group-studier, come here. Otherwise, bring headphones.

We ordered cappuccino, draft beer, the bistro salad and chicken bacon Alfredo. I like the draft beer and coffee.
They use the zucchini pasta which tastes fresh and healthy. It’s good place to start a day.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Manhattan! It's a great place to spend several hours studying, drinking coffee, beer, or wine, grabbing some lunch, listening to live music, or catching up with friends. The patio is intimate and private with great ambiance, especially at night. There's a room inside that can hold a group for a meeting or small party is you request it early enough. Local artists adorn the walls. Staff is friendly and quick to serve. The Snickers Latte is sensational! You cannot go wrong with this hole in the wall, gem of Aggieville!

Some of the best coffee in town! Cute atmosphere to bring homework or a book and sit down for a while. Located conveniently from the university and right in the heart of Aggieville. The locals are always friendly and the staff are helpful.

Very good coffee, nice servers, paradise for a sweet tooth (which I have). But their spinach walnut salad with bleu cheese and maple is to die for. Seriously, that odd combination is wonderful and I haven't seen it anywhere else. Try it, you won't be sorry if you're a bleu cheese fan.
