Very kind people in a newly refurbished space. Excellent quality baked goods! The outside patio is shady and tree covered (behind the building) and an excellent spot to have a socially distanced cup of coffee with a friend. Walk in the front door (or the back door) or order at the exterior window (around back). They are handling COVID safety very very well. A great place for a break in North Lawrence.

Marvelous new coffee shop in North Lawrence. Excellent drinks and beautifully designed outdoor seating area surrounded by greenery and a water feature. The owner took time out to visit with us and make sure we were having a good experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic space and extensive menu.
Edit: I got a frozen honey lavender lemonade and a cinnamon roll, both of which were great. Some other things on the menu that stood out to me were the large tea selection, matcha tea fizz, chaider, the bee sting, lavender syrup, blenders, and the various poppers. Most are items I haven't normally found at a cafe, and I enjoy the novelty.

What a great addition to North Lawrence! Super cute coffee shop! I ordered an Americano and it was fantastic. I also love supporting a place like this since the owner works with Cottonwood to employ some folks in our community who have challenges in life. Thank you for bringing a coffee shop to North Lawrence!

I drive cross country more often than the average, and I love coming through Lawrence on my drives. However, this was the first time I came off the downtown strip and I surely was NOT disappointed... The menu is healthy, sustaining, served with a smile, and perfect for a cross country pit stop. The owner (I assume) was so pleasant, helpful, and very personable to even just a passer-thru, like myself 💗

They probably have the best outdoor seating in town and everyone that works here is delightful. Coffee is delicious.
Only suggestion I can give is looking into what can be done about mosquitos. The closer you sit toward the wooded area the worse they get, it would be great if there was a (hopefully organic) solution to deterring them.

Being new to Lawrence, we are always excited to try new places but, we usually don't know about them unless we see an advertisement. I kept seeing comments on FB about Uplift Coffee and how the coffee is amazing. People mentioned they had the Ice Flights there and just knew we needed to check this place out. We went on a Sunday morning and it was already pretty busy. With it raining outside, we had to find a seat where we could. We ordered, sat and had them bring our drinks out. I had the Iced Flight and it was so great. I really like having a chance to try different drinks at a smaller portion. The one thing I would change is that I would let people choose what drinks they want on the flight. The choices were amazing but, maybe a hot flight and let me choose my 4 drinks? We really enjoyed the coffee and the employees were very friendly. We cannot wait to go back and try some other flavors

This little gem is the perfect addition to North Lawrence! I popped in the other day to check it out and I walked out with a delicious iced latte with homemade vanilla syrup! The space is very nice, enough space to study or just pass some time. Definitely stop it and get something delicious! You won’t be disappointed!

A warm and inviting place with a warm and inviting owner and staff. The caramel latte was delicious, and so was the chai tea. We came here after a sad weekend, and we sat on their tree covered patio, listening to the sound of their water feature. We will be back, often!
