House of Cha

A must to. The best bubble tea in the eight state region. Would say everywhere, but only hang around these..Texas has the worst bubble tea fyi.

House of Cha makes excellent drinks and I love that they have different jelly flavors. I grew consuming a lot of boba so it's just not appealing to me anymore. Everything I've gotten from HoC has been yummy. Sometimes I wish they would have more than one person during prime hours, it kind of makes me feel bad for the guy behind the counter.

Best hot Chai bubble tea I've ever tasted! Nothing artificial and not too sweet. The cups are practically spill proof which helps for window and gift shopping.

Great Boba spot in lawrence, always a go to. Never super busy and a great selection of drinks and prices. The times listed are incorrect, however. They are open 10am-8pm every day

when we walked in there was a worker sitting on her phone and she just walked up to us and didn’t say a word and just stared at my brother and didn’t say “hi” or anything. then i bought what i though was POPPING TEA BOBA! well i purchased the “tapioca pearls” with (boba) right next to it! the other 3 options were some sort of “jellies” that we’re not pooping tea, and then the drink tasted bad and wasn’t fully blended. so i most likely will not be returning until i’m refunded my $4.65

Best bubble tea. Not just in town but compared to many other places. Not overly sweet and bubbles have good texture. A couple of the staff is amazing.

I always order the Thai with extra flavor. Marvelous everytime. Need to try other flavors to fully recommend. But I suggest taking the extra flavor, otherwise tends to be a bit watery. IMHO

Lukewarm, gritty, low quality bubble tea served by an employee who obviously would rather not be there. Any other bubble tea place in KC would be better. I'll have to keep looking around Lawrence for a decent place.

Everything is great about this place except for their flakiness. They don't keep their posted hours at all. If they say they are going to be open certain hours then they need to be open. Also, if you aren't open let people know. It's not that hard to post on Facebook saying you are closed or recording a phone message to that affect.

Good place. Had a few issues with the flavor and quality of bubble tea. But overall. Understanding staff, nice hangout place with a few games and good vibes.
